Wheat is one of the main food crops and can also be used for feed production.In order to understand the occurrence of winter wheat head disease in Jiangyan District of Taizhou City,Jiangsu Province,to explore the main meteorological factors affecting the local Fusarium head bligh(FHB),and to screen out the suitable chemical treatment methods for FHB,this study mainly carried out the investigation of wheat ear disease in Tianmu Mountain of Jiangyan District,the observation of meteorological elements at ear stage and the prevention and control of FHB.The main results are as follows:1.The occurrence of wheat ear stage diseases in Tianmu Mountain of Jiangyan District in 2020 was investigated,it was found that wheat powdery mildew,leaf rust and FHB occurred moderately in Jiangyan District,powdery mildew and leaf rust occurred early,and the rate of diseased leaves was basically stable after flowering.FHB began to occur at the flowering stage.The infected population was large,the severity was light,and the disease index was medium.2.There was a significant correlation between average temperature,relative humidity,average pressure,average wind speed and FHB disease index(P<0.05),and the correlation between precipitation days,precipitation and FHB disease index was weak.After stepwise regression analysis,the average temperature,average wind speed and FHB disease index had significant effects(P<0.05),and the optimal regression model of different meteorological factors on FHB disease index was obtained:Y=-8.037+0.431χaveragetemperature+1.892χaverage wind speed,R2=0.802.3.To explore the comprehensive control effect of different fungicides and treatment methods on FHB,the use of 40%prothioconazole·tebuconazole suspension agent for continuous application of 2 times had the best control effect on FHB,which could inhibit the growth of disease index and the control effect was more than 90%,which could significantly increase wheat yield and reduce the content of DON toxin in wheat grains.In summary,In Tianmu Mountain of Jiangyan District,Taizhou City,attention should be paid to the prevention and control of powdery mildew and leaf rust,and according to the changes of meteorological factors,the occurrence of FHB should be predicted.The scientific use of 40%prothioconazole·tebuconazole suspension for two consecutive times to control wheat FHB can achieve better control effect.
