| Corythucha ciliata is a genus of stink bug in the order Hemiptera.It has a wide range of habitat,which is found in most parts of southwest,south,central and north China.In recent years,the Corythucha ciliata has occurred widely on Fagus trees in Yongnian District,affecting the aesthetics of greenery in our district.In this thesis,we conducted a systematic study on the biological and ecological characteristics such as habits,life history,developmental starting temperature and effective cumulative temperature,as well as the screening of chemical control agents of the Corythucha ciliata in Yongnian District through a combination of indoor rearing and outdoor survey,outdoor marker sampling and focused survey.This provides scientific theoretical reference basis and technical guidance for the prediction and chemical control of the occurrence of Corythucha ciliata in Yongnian District and even Handan.The main findings are as follows:1.The Corythucha ciliata occur Four generations in Yongnian District and it overwinters with the 4th generation adults.Overwintering adult insect activity is seen in late April.The first generation of worm will be seen in mid-June.A large number of adults are fledged in late July,late August and late September.The high incidence of the population and the period of the most serious overlap of generations occurs in August.2.In this experiment,the developmental starting temperature and effective cumulative temperature were determined for each insect state of Corythucha ciliata.The developmental starting temperature of each insect state in Yongnian District Is 10.86℃for eggs,9.14℃ for 1st-5th instars and 9.65℃ for adults.The effective cumulative temperatures were 149.25,239.16,and 106.44 day-degree.The effective cumulative temperature required to complete one generation is 490.89 day-degree.The predicted theoretical generation of occurrence in Yongnian District is 4.9 generations,which is basically consistent with the actual generation of occurrence of 4 generations.3.Results of the forest efficacy test of Corythucha ciliata: Suitable agents were selected using both canopy spraying and trunk punching.After canopy spray application,4.5% high efficiency cypermethrin and 1.3% bittersweet aqueous agent worked fast and had high prevention effect.After trunk punching and injection,10%imidacloprid wettable powder is the most effective.The efficacy of 5% mevalonate emulsion is a little slower.4.We analyzed the characteristics of Corythucha ciliata according to its habit,damage characteristics,annual life history,developmental starting temperature and effective accumulation temperature,etc.to fully grasp the occurrence pattern of Corythucha ciliata in Yongnian District.In terms of prevention and control,the areas with rapid spread can use 4.5% high efficiency cypermethrin and 1.3% bitter crocodile water for canopy spraying.For scattered trees and densely populated areas,we can use10% imidacloprid wettable powder and 5% mevinphos-methyl emulsion for trunk punching and drug injection control. |
