| As an important natural resource and agricultural land production means, garden land is of great significance in ensuring the supply of agricultural products in China, promoting economic and social development, and inheriting traditional farming culture.Building a comprehensive evaluation system for garden land from a multi-dimensional perspective can not only comprehensively evaluate the status of garden land resources, deepen the application direction of garden land classification and grading results, but also improve the management and utilization of agricultural natural resources, realize the revitalization of land elements, and provide important theoretical support for the implementation of ecological civilization construction. Therefore, based on the scientific evaluation of the "quality","morphology" and "structure" of garden land,a comprehensive evaluation system for garden land was constructed, and this system was used to evaluate garden land in Lintong District of Xi’an City.According to the evaluation results,we proposed strategies of the management and utilization for garden land.Among them, the grade of garden land quality was calculated based on the requirements of the "Code of Practice for Gradation and Classification on Orchard and Perennial Plantations(TD/T1071-2022)";the fragmentation characteristics of garden land were evaluated based on the integration of functional zoning and multi-clustering algorithms;the spatial coupling relationship between garden land and cultivated land was measured by constructing a spatial coupling relationship model;the comprehensive evaluation system of garden land was constructed based on multi-dimensional evaluation results and the three-dimensional Rubik’s Cube spatial classification method. The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In the "quality" dimension, the quality grades of orchards and perennial plantations in Lintong District can be divided into 3rd,4th,5th,and 6th grades.Among them, the orchards of the 3rd,4th,and 5th grades are mainly distribution, and the orchards of the 6th grade are small area;the perennial plantations are mainly of the 4th,5th,and 6th grades, and the area of the 3rd grades are small. The garden land in Lintong District is mainly distributed in the mountain of shallow hills and the flat ground of loess platforms, which are obviously affected by topographical features and soil structure.(2)In the "form" dimension, the fragmentation characteristics of garden land in Lintong District can be divided into five types: discrete and complex, discrete and regular, contiguous and regular, contiguous and complex, and concentrated and complex. The form of garden land in Lintong District are mainly contiguous and regular, followed by contiguous complex and concentrated complex;the area of discrete regular and discrete complex is the smallest. The fragmentation characteristics of garden land are obviously affected by topography, and some fragmented and discrete garden land are controlled by human activities.(3)In the "structural" dimension, the spatial coupling relationship between garden land and cultivated land in Lintong District can be summarized into subtypes with few garden lands and cultivated lands, increasing trend of garden land, dominant development of garden land, increasing trend of cultivated land, dominant development of cultivated land, garden land and cultivated land comprehensive development trend, and garden land and cultivated land comprehensive development.Among them,in Lintong District, the subtype of dominant development of garden land is the main form, followed by the subtype of increasing trend of garden land;the subtype of few garden lands and cultivated lands has the smallest garden area, followed by the subtype of dominant development of cultivated land. The spatial coupling relationship between garden land and cultivated land is related to the spatial distribution of garden land and cultivated land, and each subtype has strong spatial heterogeneity, which obviously influenced by topography and landscape.(4)The comprehensive evaluation system based on "quality-form-structure" consists of140 feature combination types.Among them, the 3rd grades garden land is dominated by 3rd grades-concentrated and complex-dominant development of garden land, and 3rd gradescontiguous and regular-dominant development of garden land;the 4th grades garden land is dominated by 4th grades-contiguous and regular-dominant development of garden land,4th grades-concentrated and complex-dominant development of garden land and 4th gradescontiguous and complex-dominant development of garden land;the 5th grades garden land is dominated by 5th grades-contiguous and regular-dominant development of garden land,4th grades-contiguous and complex-dominant development of garden land and 4th gradesconcentrated and complex-dominant development of garden land;the 6th grades garden land is dominated by 6th grades-contiguous and regular-increasing trend of garden land and 6th gradescontiguous and complex-dominant development of garden land.(5)Combining the results of each dimensional garden land evaluation, this paper groups the feature combination types of garden land and forms 8 kinds of comprehensive evaluation schemes including sustainable development-based,land consolidation-based,rational layoutbased, comprehensive management-based,quality improvement-based,structural adjustmentbased, sorting merging-based and use transformation-based.Based on these schemes, four directions of comprehensive evaluation of garden land are proposed, including achieving differentiated management of garden land, optimizing the spatial structure and layout of garden land, contributing to the evaluation and design of national land spatial planning, and providing a reference basis for the "in-and-out balance" of agricultural land. These schemes and directions are provided theoretical references for the management and utilization of garden land resources in the future. |
