Research On The Impact Factors Of The Development Of Highly The Q City Digi-agriculture Quality

The comprehensive and deep application of digital technology is revolutionizing traditional agriculture.China’s agriculture is moving forward from 1.0 smallholder economy and 2.0 mechanized agriculture to 3.0 automated agriculture and 4.0 highly intelligent digital agriculture era.As a large agricultural city and a mountainous city in Guangdong province,digital agriculture in Q City is faced with problems such as weak digital infrastructure,insufficient innovation ability of digital technology and insufficient industrial integration.What factors affecting the development of digital agriculture high quality Q city,how to identify the key factors,what should be taken to the development of targeted countermeasures in order to better seize the digital economy development opportunity and make digital agriculture as breakthrough to accelerate agricultural modernization,these are all the questions that the high quality development of digital agriculture in Q City must answer.Based on agriculture 4.0 theory,technology innovation theory,information literacy theory,growth pole theory and other theories,this paper defines the concepts related to high-quality development of digital agriculture,and deeply analyzes the foundation,opportunities,challenges and influence mechanism of digital agriculture development in Q City.On the grounds that the six supporting systems of infrastructure,industry,science and technology,talent,market and environment proposed by agriculture 4.0 theory,an index system affecting the development of digital agriculture in Q City was constructed,including6 first-level indicators and 22 second-level indicators.The key factors influencing the high-quality development of digital agriculture in Q City were identified and empirically analyzed by using AHP and Entropy method.The results show that the weight values of science and technology support system,environment support system,talent support system and infrastructure support respectively rank the first 4 in the weight values of first-level indicators.Cooperation of digital agriculture industry-university-research alliance,government input and policy consistency,digital agriculture science and technology service personnel,practical talents who know the application of technology,application of information technology equipment and equipment,driving effect of modern agricultural industrial park,construction of agricultural technology extension and application system,digital literacy of agricultural producers,construction of agricultural basic data resource system,new agricultural management main body and agricultural land concentration degree are in the top 10 of the weight values of the secondary indexes relatively.These indicators are the key factors affecting the high-quality development of digital agriculture in Q City.Finally,according to the weight analysis of key factors,countermeasures and suggestions for the high-quality development of digital agriculture in Q City are put forward from the aspects of enhancing the supporting capacity of digital agriculture science and technology,continuously optimizing the development environment of digital agriculture,vigorously introducing and cultivating talents in urgent need of all kinds,and accelerating the application of digital agriculture facilities and equipment.
