| Rice straw has resource advantages in this region, but it has high lignocellulose and low protein nutritional value.Ramie not only has resource advantages, but also has the advantages of high protein nutritional value and the disadvantages of high lignocellulose. This paper intends to improve the nutritional value of feed protein and reduce lignocellulose through the mixed echelon utilization of rice straw and ramie, that is,ramie and rice straw are used as raw materials to optimize the cultivation of edible fungi, and then this fungus bran is added to lignocellulose degrading bacteria silage, hoping to improve the feeding value of fungus bran feed and realize the echelon utilization of ramie and rice straw,In order to improve the utilization rate of ramie and rice straw, and to meet the huge demand for edible fungi and feed in Hunan Province to a certain extent. So as to improve its nutritional value and palatability. The main results and conclusions are as follows:1、Pleurotus ostreatus Chuanping No.5 was used as the test strain,Boehmeria nivea L.,ramie by-products and rice straw were mixed in proportion, and Pleurotus ostreatus was cultivated with cotton seed shell as the control. The effects of the mixing ratio of ramie and rice straw on the properties, yield and nutritional quality of Pleurotus ostreatus were studied. The results showed that T2 formula was used(ramie by-product 65%,rice straw 15%,wheat bran 15%,calcium superphosphate 2%,sucrose 1%,lime 1%)had the best effect. The biological efficiency was 104.66%,which was 11.23% higher than the control. The content of crude protein and crude polysaccharide were 22.66% and 5.54%,which were 5.99% and2.36% higher than the control respectively.2 、 The effects of the addition ratio of Aspergillus niger solution on the nutritional quality and fermentation quality of bacterial bran silage were studied with T2 formula bacterial bran as silage raw material, different silage time and different addition ratio of Aspergillus niger solution as control. The results showed that the best treatment was adding10% Aspergillus niger solution and silage for 30 days. The content of DM was 32.46%,CP was 18.42%,NDF was 42.17%,ADF was 17.65%,ADL was 9.69%,cel was 3.64%,which decreased by 6.97%,0.10%,13.35%,17.34%,8.99% and 10.63% respectively compared with the control; The contents of EE and WSC were 3.45% and 4.68%,respectively,which increased by 0.54% and 1.02% compared with the control.3、The effects of raw material ratio,Aspergillus niger concentration and fermentation days on feed quality were studied with ramie and rice straw as silage raw materials and 98%ramie by-product + 2% sucrose formula as control. The results showed that the feed quality was the best when 80% ramie by-product,18% rice straw and 2% sucrose were mixed and fermented with 15% Aspergillus niger solution for 30 days. The content of DM was 30.69%,the content of CP was 16.62%,which was 2.11% and 1.04% higher than the control,EE was2.82%,NDF was 51.85%,ADF was 26.58%,ADL was 10.69%,cel was 8.96%,WSC was3.76%,Compared with the control,it decreased by 0.02%,3.17%,3.97%,1.51%,9.29% and0.05% respectively. |
