| Flavonoids from Allium Mongolicum Regel have many biological effects,such as antibacterial and anti-oxidation.However,there is no literature to compare the anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial effects of different concentrations of ethanol-eluted fractions of total flavonoids from Allium Mongolicum Regel from different regions and the construction of fingerprints.Therefore,in this experiment,the nutrient level,mineral elements,and amino acids composition of Allium Mongolicum Regel from different regions were analyzed firstly,and then,the anti-oxidant and anti-bacterial effects of different concentrations of ethanol-eluted fractions of total flavonoids from Allium Mongolicum Regel and the construction of fingerprints were studied by in vitro experiments,which could provide a reference for screening suitable producing areas of Allium Mongolicum Regel.Allium Mongolicum Regel was purchased from Wuwei(G),Ordos Ulan Town(E),Xilin Gol Zhenglan Banner(X),and Alashan(A).The test results are as follows:Experiment 1: The nutrients of Allium Mongolicum Regel from different regions with are widely various.The content of crude protein ranges from25.16% to 35.75%,among them the highest content in Alashan and the lowest in Ordos.Iron content was 191.2-433.7 mg/kg,among them the highest content in Gansu Wuwei and the lowest in Xilin Guole Zhenglan Banner.The content of glutamic acid ranged from 50.9 to 99.7 g/L,with the highest content in Gansu Wuwei and the lowest in Alashan Azuoqi.Experiment 2: A total of 367 differential metabolites were detected by UPLC-MS/MS,including 264 metabolites in cationic mode and 103 metabolites in anionic mode.It included chalcones(9),dihydroflavones(21),dihydroflavonols(12),anthocyanins(29),flavones(102),flavonols(150),brassinol carbon glycosides(24),flavanols(8),isoflavones(8),other flavonoids(1),and tannins(3).Experiment 3: The inhibition effects of the ethanol-eluted fractions of total flavonoids from different origins of Allium Mongolicum Regel on Pseudomonas aeruginosa,Staphylococcus aureus,Bacillus cereus,and Salmonella enterica were investigated in this experiment.The results showed that the minimum inhibitory concentration for Bacillus cereus was 0.625mg/m L.Among the ethanol-eluted fractions of Allium Mongolicum Regel from different regions,A55 had the best inhibition effect on Salmonella enterica,X35 had the best inhibition effect on Bacillus cereus and Staphylococcus aureus,and X35 and G35 had the best inhibition effect on Pseudomonas aeruginosa.Experiment 4: The effects of ethanol-eluted fractions of total flavonoids of Allium Mongolicum Regel from different regions on ABTS radicals and superoxide anion scavenging ability were studied in this experiment.The results showed that among the ethanol-eluted fractions of total flavonoids of Allium Mongolicum Regel from different regions,A55 had the best ability to scavenge ABTS radicals,and A75 had the worst ability.A75 had the best ability to clear superoxide anion,and G35 had the worst ability.Experiment 5: The fingerprint of the ethanol-eluting fraction of the total flavonoids of the Allium Mongolicum Regel was initially established by HPLC,and the similarity between the ethanol-eluting fraction of the total flavonoids of the Allium Mongolicum Regel of the Alxa League Azuo Banner region and the ethanol-eluting fraction of the total flavonoids of the Allium Mongolicum Regel of different regions were low. |
