| Oat is a widely planted food and feed crop in the world,which has extremely rich nutritional value.As a beneficial trace element,selenium can enhance human immunity and play an important role in protecting cardiovascular and cerebrovascular,liver,anti-cancer,anti-aging and so on.In this paper,the effects of selenium enrichment on oat plant and grain related traits,the interaction effect of selenium and nitrogen accumulation,and the effect of different selenium application methods on the selenium enrichment effect of oats were studied,in order to provide a theoretical basis for better use of oats for selenium enrichment to cope with the general phenomenon of selenium deficiency in the people,and to provide ideas for improving the accumulation of selenium and nitrogen in oat grains and innovating the means of selenium enrichment in oats.The main results are as follows :(1)The selenium content in stems,leaves and grains of oats increased with the increase of organic selenium concentration,and reached the maximum at 0.25 mg ยท L-1.(2)Spraying organic selenium can significantly increase the selenium content of oats.The selenium content of oat stems increased with the increase of spraying organic selenium concentration.The selenium content of oat leaves and grains increased first and then decreased with the increase of spraying organic selenium concentration.(3)The average grain selenium content of organic selenium fertilizer was 1.6 times higher than that of inorganic selenium fertilizer.The selenium content of oat grain,stem and leaf under different selenium application methods was the best with organic base +spraying selenium enrichment.The effect of foliar spraying selenium enrichment is better than that of basal application and seed soaking.Except for seed soaking + basal application,the selenium content of seed soaking + foliar spraying and basal application + foliar spraying was significantly higher than that of seed soaking,foliar spraying and basal application.(4)There were significant differences in selenium content and selenium utilization efficiency of 15 oat varieties(lines)before and after selenium treatment.The selenium utilization efficiency and selenium content of stems,leaves and grains of Wangyong-5were the highest,and Wangyong-12 was the lowest.(5)Nitrogen application can increase the nitrogen content of oat grain,and selenium application can promote the accumulation of nitrogen in oat grain.Selenium treatment increased the selenium content of oat grains,and the selenium content of grains increased first and then decreased with the increase of selenium concentration.Under Se0 treatment,the selenium content of oat grains increased with the increase of nitrogen concentration,but there was no significant difference between treatments.Under the treatment of Se15 and Se30,the selenium content of oat grains increased first and then decreased with the increase of nitrogen concentration,and reached a significant level(P < 0.05).When exogenous selenium was applied,low nitrogen treatment could promote the absorption of selenium in oat grains,while under high nitrogen treatment,this promotion effect would be weakened. |
