| Junger Country is one of the most serious soil erosion areas in China, the ecological environment is fragile, the land degradation is serious, due to human disturbance and its own slow growth, the renewal and development potential is poor, resulting in the distribution area and area of its natural forest land is shrinking day by day,and biodiversity is greatly reduced. The research on the relationship between biodiversity and soil factors has become a hot spot for scholars, and is the basis for community ecology research and biodiversity conservation and management.Different slopes(shady slope, sunny slope,semi-shaded slope,semi-yang slope, ditch slope and control)were selected to take the natural thinning forest in the national key public welfare forest reserve of Junger Country Aguimiao as the research object, and the species composition, biodiversity and soil physicochemical properties of plants under the natural sparse forest of Junger Country Aguimiao were investigated, and the species diversity of plants in different slopes of the natural forest and the relationship with soil factors were deeply understood, which provided a theoretical basis for vegetation ecological restoration and soil and water conservation in this area. The specific results are as follows:1.There are 136 species of plants in the natural forest square, belonging to 84 genera in 37 families, including 22 species,12 genera in 10 families, mainly Rosaceae and Rhamnaceae. The herbaceous plants include 114 species in 72 genera in 29 families, mainly Poaceae,Asteraceae and Fabaceae, and there are significant differences in species composition and dominant species of different slope understory plants, and the common dominant species of the five slopes are Stipa krylovii,Cleistogenes polyphylla and Rosa xanthina.2.There were significant differences in the physical and chemical properties of soil under different slopes(p<0.05),and the bulk density of the sunny slope was higher than that of other slopes, and the soil bulk density increased with the deepening of the soil layer. The change law of other physical indicators is relatively consistent, and the value of the gully slope is the largest;pH was the largest in the positive slope value, and showed an increasing trend with the increase of soil depth, and other chemical properties were the largest of the gully slope, and all decreased with the increase of soil depth.3.There were significant differences in the physical and chemical properties of soil under different slopes(p<0.05),the bulk density of the sunny slope was higher than that of other slopes, and the soil bulk density increased with the deepening of the soil layer. The change law of other physical indicators is relatively consistent, and the value of the gully slope is the largest;pH was the largest in the positive slope value, and showed an increasing trend with the increase of soil depth, and other chemical properties were the largest of the gully slope, and all decreased with the increase of soil depth.4.The correlation heat map analysis of six types of plots showed that the understory vegetation of various plots was mainly affected by multiple soil indicators. There were positive correlations between Shannon-wiener diversity index, species richness and Pielou uniformity index, and all of them were positively correlated with soil water content(p<0.05),positively correlated with organic matter and available potassium, and negatively correlated with pH. |
