| General Secretary Xi Jinping pointed out,"China’s modernization is inseparable from agricultural modernization,and the key to agricultural modernization lies in technology and talents.We must put the development of agricultural science and technology in a more prominent position,vigorously promote agricultural mechanization and intelligence,and add technology to agricultural modernization.Wings”,and has repeatedly emphasized the need to develop modern agricultural machinery and equipment and accelerate the improvement of the level of agricultural materials,technology and equipment.The State Council has promulgated policies such as "Guiding Opinions on Accelerating the Promotion of Agricultural Mechanization and the Transformation and Upgrading of Agricultural Machinery and Equipment Industry",which put forward new and higher requirements for agricultural mechanization.With the acceleration of the agricultural modernization process,the bottleneck problem of talents becomes more and more obvious,and the training of a large number of practical technical talents of agricultural machinery puts forward new requirements for vocational education.In the employment situation where high-quality technical talents are in short supply,vocational education has become the top priority.Vocational education is an important part of the national education system and human resources development,which is different from other academic and research level education of general education and higher education.Vocational education is also an important basis for China’s social and economic development.The purpose of vocational and technical education is to cultivate practical and skilled professionals with certain theoretical knowledge and strong practical ability,who are oriented to the grassroots,production,service and management of front-line vocational posts.Under the background of education reform,it is an important subject to discuss the problems in the cultivation of practical talents in agricultural machinery in vocational colleges and universities,and to study the cultivation reform of practical talents in agricultural machinery is to solve the problem of talent supply in the upgrading and transformation of agricultural industry and promote the development of the work of agriculture,rural areas and farmers.In this study,first of all,based on the research on the relevant talent training models,strategies and roles of talent training at home and abroad,combined with the theory of human capital,vocational education and pragmatism theory,and the theory of multiple intelligences,analyze the development of domestic agricultural mechanization from a macro perspective.From the micro perspective,this paper analyzes the current situation of the cultivation of practical talents of agricultural machinery in Shandong Province,and combines the information of the research and recruitment units to analyze the post demand target of practical talents of agricultural mechanization in Shandong Province.Secondly,from the perspective of students,teachers,enterprises and parents,the questionnaire method is used to explore the problems in the cultivation of practical technical talents of agricultural machinery,which are mainly manifested in the inadequate cultivation of professional skills;The teachers in vocational colleges are insufficient;Lack of diversification of training equipment and methods;Inadequate professional matching;At the same time,the cultivation mode of practical talents of agricultural machinery is proposed,and the cultivation mode of practical talents of agricultural machinery is constructed.The elements in the implementation process of the mode are determined(the establishment of the talent cultivation goal;the establishment of the training content oriented by the needs of professional posts;the establishment of the "five in one" teaching mode based on the integration of industry and education;and the determination of the assessment of talent cultivation quality),Implementation guarantee of the model(construction of teaching staff;construction of practice platform).Finally,with the help of the implementation and evaluation of the training model of agricultural machinery practical talents in A University,the questionnaire method and in-depth interview method are used to verify the scientificity and rationality of the four linkage,double education,three progression,and three penetration talent training model,providing reference for the talent training of other vocational colleges. |
