Wheat is one of the main grain crops in China,and its yield profoundly affects the country’s food strategy and people’s living standards.As one of the main wheat-producing areas in China,Henan Province is particularly important for the total wheat production of the country.This paper takes smart agriculture as its guide and focuses on the winter wheat fields in Henan Province.The study aims to improve the effectiveness of data collection and the reliability of data transmission during the growth process of winter wheat.The research includes the development of a monitoring network for winter wheat growth,ensuring that the decision-making system for winter wheat growth can be scientifically fertilized,accurately irrigated,and reasonably medicated.This is of demonstrative significance for promoting high-quality and high-yield crops and scientific agricultural practices.The main research content includes four aspects:(1)A smart agriculture hybrid networking scheme based on the Lora protocolThis paper uses a wired-wireless hybrid networking method.The wireless communication method uses Long Range Radio(Lora),which is a low-power wide-area network.Combining the actual field conditions,a star topology structure is adopted,and a smart agriculture hybrid networking scheme based on the Lora protocol is proposed.(2)A node deployment strategy based on an improved ant colony algorithmBy adding the greedy factor(80)(2and4)(69)(80)45))to the traditional ant colony algorithm for optimization,this paper proposes an improved ant colony algorithm.The simulation experiment results show that the improved ant colony algorithm is more suitable for the deployment optimization of sensor nodes in fields,and it can effectively reduce the number and density of nodes.(3)Design of data fusion algorithmThis paper proposes a composite fusion algorithm based on Kalman filtering and adaptive weighting.Based on the data fusion layer,the Kalman filtering algorithm and adaptive weighting algorithm are added.The comparative experiments show that this algorithm can effectively improve the accuracy and stability of the fused data.(4)Quality of service evaluation for wireless sensor networks based on the Lora protocolUsing four indicators,network energy consumption,network packet loss rate,network bandwidth,and network delay,and combining qualitative judgment and quantitative analysis,this paper conducts a systematic comprehensive evaluation of the smart agriculture hybrid networking scheme based on Lora.The results show that the proposed hybrid networking scheme has excellent network performance compared with Bluetooth,Wi-Fi,and Zig Bee,and can ensure the effectiveness and reliability of data collection and transmission in actual agricultural fields.This paper proposes an ant colony algorithm based on greedy strategy to reduce the number and density of sensor deployments,designs a communication networking scheme that is suitable for agricultural fields’range and complex environment,proposes a data fusion algorithm to improve accuracy and stability,and comprehensively evaluates the quality of service for a smart agriculture hybrid networking scheme based on the Lora protocol.The research done in this paper provides feasible solutions for the growth monitoring and smart management of winter wheat in Henan.
