| The Songnen Plain in the northwest of Jilin Province is the main distribution area of salinealkali soil in China,which has high alkalinity and is prone to strong alkaline reaction,resulting in a decrease in soil water conduction capacity,serious compaction,soil element imbalance,resulting in plant lack of elements,and difficult treatment.In view of the above problems,the straw is buried by using the straw reburial method to form a "saline-alkali compartment" with the effect of "salt barrier" and "alkali barrier" of the partition,decomposing the organic matter in the straw into the soil and improving the saline-alkali soil condition,in order to control the soda saline-alkali land,this paper carries out the design and experimental research of the drive dial straw burial machine,the main research content and conclusions are as follows:(1)Determination of the characteristics of corn straw materials.The physical characteristics test results such as geometric size,moisture content and density of corn stover were obtained by physical test method,and the contact parameters were measured at the same time,and the contact parameters were carried out by using inclined surface meter,angle sensor,and other equipment to carry out the static friction coefficient and rolling friction coefficient between corn stover and corn stover,corn stover and spring tooth 65 Mn,which provided reasonable data support for EDEM simulation test.(2)Design of the whole machine structure and key components of the dial tooth of the drive dial straw dumping machine.The machine tool adopts three-point suspension type to connect with the tractor,the corrugated grass cutter cuts the straw,the wing plate type plough body is selected to bury the soil,and the dial tooth device is designed to collect the straw.The tool is powered by a hydraulic motor,the rotation of the hydraulic motor makes the sprocket drive,the sprocket transmission makes the hexagonal shaft and the transmission joint transmit power to the dial in the form of bevel tooth transmission,and the dial teeth carry out a rotational movement to collect straw.Solids Works 3D software was used to model and assemble key components such as the entire straw burial machine and its dials.The dial teeth are made of 65 Mn spring steel,and the angle of the teeth is designed between 45°~105°;BMR400hydraulic motor is selected;Computer equipment supporting power.(3)Simulation test of dial tooth snapping using EDEM.Using Solids Works to model and assemble the dials of forward tilting and backward tilting installation methods,Hertz-Mindlin with bonding model was selected as the contact model of particles,and the particle bed model of straw was generated,and the working state of the two installation methods was simulated by EDEM,and finally the high straw concentration rate during backward-tilt installation was obtained.The horizontal range with high straw collection rate was obtained by simulating the single-factor test by discrete element simulation.(4)Prototype trial production and field test.Prototype assembly and trial production of drive dial straw burial machine was carried out.The quadratic regression orthogonal test method and the response surface method were used for analysis,and the tool forward speed,dial rotation speed and tooth angle were taken as the test factors,and the straw collection rate was used as the test index to carry out the quadratic regression orthogonal test.The results showed that the main and secondary factors affecting the straw collection rate were the tooth jumping angle,dial rotation speed and implement forward speed,and the optimal parameter combination was 5km/h of the tool advance speed,30r/min of dial rotation speed,75° of the tooth angle of spring,95.3% of straw collection rate,and 28 cm of straw burial depth,all of which met the requirements of national standards.In this paper,a driven dial straw burial machine is designed and produced for mechanized straw burial treatment of saline-alkali soil,and the theoretical analysis and experimental analysis of its working parts are carried out,which provides a theoretical basis for the development of straw burial machine. |
