Investigation Report On Environmental Conditions And Development Of Selenium-rich Rice Products In Yanbian

Selenium-rich rice has immunomodulatory and anti-inflammatory effects.In addition,it also has anti-cancer and anti-aging effects.It can effectively fight a variety of diseases caused by selenium deficiency.Selenium enriched rice is expected to be developed as a food additive beneficial to human health or a new type of functional food.This paper mainly adopts two methods of literature collection and market survey to investigate the origin and growing conditions of selenium-rich rice.The results are as follows:(1)Selenium-rich rice was distributed in Anhui,Shaanxi,Yunnan,Jiangsu,Guangxi and Eastern provinces;Jilin Province is distributed in Changchun,Changyi District and Yanbian City.The three main producing areas of selenium-enriched rice in Yanbian prefecture are Helong City,Longjing City and Hunchun City.(2)The soil requirements of selenium-rich rice are as follows: the soil formed by geological units of black rock series,in which selenium is enriched.The requirements for hydrological conditions are: shallow water irrigation,frequent irrigation "running horse water",cut off water 5 ～ 7 days before harvest,it is not appropriate to cut off water too early.The requirements for fertilizer and nutrients are: applying exogenous selenium fertilizer(sodium selenite)on the root or leaf surface,or combining with the use of humic acid granule organic selenium fertilizer to supplement selenium elements.The requirement for temperature is: the temperature at seedling stage is maintained at 28 ～ 30 ℃.There are 6 soil types in Yanbian Prefecture,among which dark brown soil,new accumulated soil,paddy soil and black soil are more suitable for crop growth,while dark brown soil and paddy soil are the main soil types in Yanbian Prefecture,which is conducive to the planting and growth of selenium-rich rice.(3)The existing brands of selenium-enriched rice in Yanbian Prefecture are Jijing 816,Fuxia 3 and Rice.(4)The selenium content of the main selenium-rich rice variety "Jijing 816" in Yanbian area was 0.0755mg/kg,higher than the national standard;The quality index of the brand "rice" is tested,and it is concluded that: Energy content is 1500 k J/100 g,protein content is 5.44 g/100 g,fat content is 1.1 g/100 g,carbohydrate content is 1.1 g/100 g,sodium content is 0.594mg/100 g,all the detection indexes are in line with national standards.(5)Yanbian Prefecture belongs to the temperate humid windy climate,with superior ecological conditions;Warm in winter and cool in summer,long light time and large temperature difference between day and night are conducive to the accumulation of nutrients in rice.Soil organic matter content is high,soil surface is acidic,in the range of p H suitable for rice growth.Rich vegetation types,has many years of rice planting history,suitable for a variety of plants and crops growth,rice quality,good taste.Therefore,Yanbian Prefecture is an excellent production base of selenium-enriched rice.Developing selenium-enriched rice in Yanbian Prefecture can effectively fill the market vacancy.
