| With the continuous social and economic development in China,the rapid urbanization process has caused a sharp decline in the scale of cultivated land resources in peri-urban areas,and the quantity and quality of cultivated land resources in peri-urban areas are threatened by the squeeze of urban construction space and living space.The spatial pattern of multi-functional cultivated land resources in peri-urban areas is important to enhance the value of cultivated land resources in peri-urban areas,promote the protection and development of cultivated land,and promote rural revitalization.In addition,as the needs of urban residents are elevated,the value of multifunctional composite utilization of cultivated land in suburban areas with production function,cultural landscape function and ecological function is increasingly prominent.Therefore,in the context of China’s strict cultivated land protection system,it is urgent to give full play to the multifunctionality of cultivated land resources to promote the sustainable use and development of cultivated land resources.This paper takes Nanchang High-tech Zone in Jiangxi Province as the research area,combines relevant domestic and foreign research,analyzes the connotation of multifunctionality of cultivated land,and constructs a multifunctional evaluation index system of"production function,cultural landscape function and ecological function"of cultivated land according to the actual situation of High-tech Zone,taking into account various factors."The multi-functional evaluation index system of cultivated land in Gaoxin District,quantified and portrayed the spatial pattern of multi-functional cultivated land in Gaoxin District at the scale of maplet and administrative village,explored the main influencing factors causing the difference of multi-functional cultivated land,and proposed countermeasures and suggestions for the development of cultivated land in different functional zones based on the evaluation results of multi-functional cultivated land,with a view to providing scientific planning for multi-functional arable land in peri-urban areas and optimizing cultivated land.The main findings of the study are as follows The main findings of the study are as follows.(1)The spatial pattern of multifunctional cultivated land in Gaoxin District at the scale of the map spots and the scale of administrative villages is portrayed.Most of the cultivated land in Gaoxin District is in the middle and high level of production function,with an area of 8,067.03 hm~2,and the production capacity of arable land is strong.The area of medium and high production function accounts for 75%,and the cultivatedland plots with high production function grade are mainly located in Aixi Lake Management Office,Yangmen Village,Guangming Village,Youkou Village and Yaohu Village in the west,Baota Village,Yangqiao Village,Wuxi Village in the south,and part of Wuxing Reclamation Farm in the east.Near the periphery of big cities,the cultivated land in Gaoxin District has a higher grade of cultural landscape function and a greater potential for cultural tourism development,with a medium-high grade area of 6,691.22 hm~2,accounting for 63%.The high grade areas of cultural landscape function are mainly located in Yaohu Village,Zhongshang Village,southern Machu Village,Houxi Village and Xiang Shang Village,which are close to Yaohu Lake.The ecological function of the cultivated land in the High-tech Zone is higher,with a medium-high grade area of 9105.73 hm~2,accounting for 85%.The high grade areas of ecological function are mainly located in the eastern Wuxing Reclamation Farm,General Zhou Farm,Ling Yong Village,and Zhao Wei Village and Zhong Shang Village near Yaohu Lake in the High-tech Zone.(2)The main components of the spatial difference of multifunctional cultivated land were explored.In terms of single factor effects,alkali-hydrolyzed nitrogen,organic matter and available phosphorus had the greatest influence on farmland production function.The influence degree of central city and the evenness of plot have the greatest influence on the function of cultivated land cultural landscape.Shannon diversity index and spread index have the greatest influence on the ecological function of cultivated land.From the perspective of factor interaction,soil p H condition and other factors had a great influence on cultivated land productivity.The interaction between cultural landscape function diffusion resistance and other factors has the strongest effect on the cultivated land cultural landscape function.The interaction between habitat quality index and other factors has great influence on ecological function.(3)Based on the results of multi-functional evaluation of cultivated land and regional characteristics,a functional zoning study was conducted.Based on the multi-functional"production,cultural landscape and ecological functions"zoning model,the functional zoning research was carried out according to the ranking of different cultivated land functions in combination with regional differences.Five primary zones and 11 secondary zones of cultivated land in high-tech zones were identified.For different multifunctional zones of cultivated land and administrative villages,corresponding countermeasures for the development and protection of cultivated land resources were proposed.As the advantageous area of multi-functional cultivated land,it should maintain the advantage of this function.In addition,we are supposed to promote the comprehensive development of cultivated land multi-function by improving other arable land functions and expanding the optimization ways of non-advantageous arable land functions.In contrast,as the disadvantageous area of multi-functional cultivated land,it may have one or even more disadvantaged functions due to the lack of advantageous functions of cultivated land.Therefore,we should adjust the relevant cultivated land development policies and take measures actively to improve and enhance the disadvantaged functions according to the disadvantaged functions of cultivated land. |
