| Pan’an County is located in the middle of Zhejiang Province. It is a standard mountain county. The climate is a subtropical monsoon climate, with abundant rainwater and mild climate. The county has abundant natural resources, and the ecological environment in the county has a good ecological environment. The county’s forest coverage rate reaches83.76%.Pingyang County is located on the southeast coast of Zhejiang Province. The county’s land area accounts for 1,051 square kilometers, and the water area is large, accounting for 1,300 square kilometers. The county’s climate is a tropical marine monsoon climate in Central Asia. The four seasons are distinctive, with sufficient light, rich rainwater, warm and humid, and sometimes disaster weather such as typhoons, floods, and wind.In this study, the macrofungi in Pan ’an and Pingyang counties were investigated and collected in three seasons, and the species diversity, dominant families and genera, geographical distribution components and resource evaluation of macrofungi in the two counties were studied by traditional morphology and modern molecular systematics. The main results are as follows:(1)A total of 292 species of fungi have been identified in the Pan’an area, and it is affiliated to 62 Families and 126 Genera. The species including 59 species of edible bacteria,15 species of medicinal bacteria,13 species of food and drugs,40 poisonous fungi, medicinal poisoning 1 species of bacteria.Pingyang area identified a total of 173 types of fungi, and it belongs to the 51 Families and 106 Genera. The species including 17 species of edible bacteria,30 medicinal bacteria,13 species of foods for foods,8 poisonous bacteria, medicinal poisoning, and drug toxicity 5 kinds of bacteria. In addition, the list of large-scale fungal species in Pan’an County and Pingyang County is formulated.(2)According to the composition analysis, the four dominant families are of the Pan’an area are Russulaceae,Polyporaceae,Boletaceae and Strophariaceae, with a total of 96 species. The four dominant genera are Russula,Amanita,Entoloma and Lactarius, with a total of 69 species. The dominant families of Pingyang area include Polyporaceae,Russulaceae,Boletaceae and Amanitaceae, with a total of 70 species. The dominant genera are Russula,Amanita, and Inocybe, with a total of 31 species.According to the analysis of the geographical composition of the area,it can be seen that the composition of the large fungal zone system in the Pan’an area is mainly based on the distribution of the worldwide range and the northern temperate zone.East Asia-North America discontinuous distribution pattern and Tropical-subtropical distribution type are also an important part of the region. The composition of the large fungal area of the Pingyang area is mainly based on the distribution of world-wide type and north temperate zone.Tropical-subtropical distribution and Pantropical distribution type are also an important part of the region.(3)After investigation and evaluation, five endangered species were found in two counties.Among them,Ganoderma applanatum,Artomyces pyxidatus and Stropharia rugosoannulata were rated as the NT species.Thelephora ganbajun and Naematelia aurantialba were rated as the VU species. In this study, the diversity of macrofungi in Pan ’an County and Pingyang County was preliminarily explored and compared,in order to provide some basic data and theoretical support for the conservation and rational development and utilization of macrofungi in the two counties. |
