Liansi radish is a characteristic economic industry supported by the local government. It is popular among consumers for its unique brittle taste, full of water and ovate green appearance. As farmers have been planting for years, the varieties of Liansi radish have been degraded and mixed, and many potential advantages have not been explored. The imperfect production technology restricts the yield and quality of Liansi radish. At present, there are few reports about the application effect of trace element fertilizer on radish,so it is of great practical value to improve the production technology and study the effect of trace element fertilizer on the yield and quality of radish. In this experiment, five trace elements including copper sulfate(factor A),borax(factor B),zinc sulfate(factor C),ammonium molybdate(factor D)and manganese sulfate(factor E)were selected as experimental factors by orthogonal experimental design.Four levels were set for each factor to explore the fertilization combination and concentration suitable for the growth and development of radish. At the same time, the effects of different storage temperatures on the texture characteristics of radish were studied. The main research results are as follows:1.Different combinations of trace elements can increase the yield of radish. In all the treatment combinations, the yield of the combination without application of trace elements was 3913 kg/667m~2,and the yield of the combination with application of trace elements was higher than 3913 kg/667m~2.The highest yield was 4931 kg/667m~2 under the treatment of group 10,and the increase effect was the most obvious 26.01%.Each factor had a different increase in the yield of Liansi radish, which was presented as copper sulfate>borax>zinc sulfate>manganese sulfate>ammonium molybdate. The increase in the yield of Liansi radish was particularly significant for copper sulfate, borax and zinc sulfate, but the difference in the weight of single root of Love Si radish was not obvious among each group. The orthogonal test A3B3C4D2E1 treatment combination had a more significant effect on the yield of Liansi radish.2.Copper sulfate(factor A)had obvious effects on yield, water loss rate, cellulose content, soluble protein content and first cycle hardness of radish.Comprehensive analysis showed that A3 treatment level had a good effect on improving yield and quality of radish. The effects of borax(factor B)on soluble solid content and vitamin C content were obvious, and the comprehensive analysis showed that B3 treatment level had a better effect.Zinc sulfate(factor C)had obvious effects on the moisture content, starch content and chewability of the radish, and it was concluded that the effect of C2 treatment level was better. The effects of ammonium molybdate(factor D)on soluble sugar content, stickiness, cohesiveness and elasticity of radish were obvious.Comprehensive analysis showed that D4 treatment level had a better effect.Manganese sulfate(factor E)had obvious effects on chlorophyll content and adhesion of radish, and the comprehensive analysis showed that E3 treatment had a better effect.3.From the effects of trace elements on the radish, copper sulfate and borax mainly improved the yield and nutritional quality of radish, ammonium molybdate mainly improved the texture characteristics of radish and enhanced the fresh taste of radish. It is concluded that the combination of trace elements A3B3C2D4E3 is suitable for the growth and development of radish.4.Compared with the radish stored at 4.0℃at room temperature, the texture of the radish changed significantly.Compared with the environment of 4.0℃,the hardness of the radish at room temperature increased, and the cohesiveness, stickiness, cohesiveness, elasticity, adhesiveness and chewability decreased, and the taste decreased significantly.
