As the first major food crop in China,maize plays a vital role in national food security.With the increase of mechanization of corn cultivation,universities and enterprises have conducted a lot of research on its mechanical performance.In recent years,with the concept of metaverse,it has rapidly become a hot spot of research attention at home and abroad.Based on this,this thesis takes unmanned corn planting as the main research object,combines metaverse technology to build out an unmanned corn farm scenario,realizes three human-computer interaction methods of steering wheel-pedal hardware,3D head-up display device,and handle,and conducts virtual simulation tests on the corn planting link to analyze the planting performance of the planting unit.The specific research contents are as follows:(1)Construction of an unmanned corn farm scene in a metaverse environment.Based on3 ds Max,the main objects such as farmland land,corn seeds,seedling plants,and hangars required for corn planting in the farm scene are modeled with high precision to maximize the realistic reproduction of actual features;secondary environmental objects such as rivers,trees,and roads in the farm are modeled directly through Unity 3D;the solid unmanned farm machine model built based on Solid Works The Solid Works-based model of unmanned farm machinery and seeder model were converted to Unity-supported format by 3ds Max,and the model parts,number of triangles,number of vertices,etc.were optimized;Camera main view,sky box,rain,snow,sound and other visual effects were added to improve the realism of the farm scene.(2)Virtual simulation of corn unmanned seeding unit sowing.Add physical components to the model objects through dynamics analysis and increase the collision detection effect,so that the designed virtual corn planting unit model can obtain realistic physical characteristics;compile C# scripts to realize the virtual planting unit driving autonomously in a straight line,and the user controls the two driving states of the farm machine by controlling the Logitech G29 steering wheel-pedal hardware device at the turn;realize the improved A* autonomous navigation path planning,movement at the bend and turn control,a small map that follows the user’s position in real time,field sowing operation links,realtime updated speed dials,positioning growth of plants and other functions;the user wears HTC Vive Pro 3D headset device to achieve an immersive 3D stereo effect.(3)Virtual unmanned farm human-computer interaction test and seeder performance analysis.Through the Steam VR Plugin SDK,Logitech SDK,etc.and Unity 3D communication connection,to achieve three-dimensional visual device,steering wheel-pedal device,handle device three human-computer interaction;based on the sowing operation virtual simulation data,analysis of seeding unit performance;test results show that:when the virtual seeding unit forward speed increasing sowing quality overall is declining The overall trend is close to the actual field test results,and the pass rate,reseeding rate and omission rate are greater than 88%,less than 7% and less than 5% respectively;when the virtual seeding unit is at the target seed spacing of 20-29 cm,the pass rate,reseeding rate and omission rate of the virtual seeding operation are greater than 89%,less than 7% and less than 6% respectively.Finally,the completed Yuan Universe corn unmanned farm system was released to Win10 platform.This thesis unites metaverse technology and intelligent agricultural machinery to create a corn unmanned farm in the cloud,realizing a new way of digital simulation with immersive experience,solving the problem of slow progress in research and development of large unmanned agricultural machinery due to high cost,high consumption and long cycle,aiming to drive the promotion and application of corn unmanned farm and promote the research process of digital simulation of autonomous navigation corn seeding machinery,which is also a major trend to promote the development of agricultural modernization in the future.
