Through preliminary study on the formula of compound fertilizer containing nitrification inhibitor 3,4-dimethylpyrazole phosphate(DMPP),the results showed that: Based on compound fertilizer,1%-4% magnesium sulfate combined with 0.06% DMPP,0.08% DMPP and 0.10% DMPP could not only increase the fresh and dry weight of aboveground parts of Brassica chinensis. It can also promote the absorption of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and boron by Brassica chinensis.Among them, the fresh weight and dry weight of aboveground Brassica chinensis as well as the absorption of magnesium and boron,The compound effect of 3% and 4% magnesium sulfate with 0.06% DMPP,0.08%DMPP and 0.10% DMPP is better than that of 1% and 2% magnesium sulfate with 0.06% DMPP,0.08%DMPP and 0.10% DMPP,respectively.Based on the preliminary study of the formula, the combination of3% magnesium sulfate with 0.06% DMPP and 3% magnesium sulfate with 0.08% DMPP were set to be applied on lettuce and celery at the same time. The results showed that both treatments could increase aboveground fresh weight and promote nutrient absorption. With the increase of DMPP supplemental level, the aboveground fresh weight and dry weight of lettuce and celery increased gradually, and the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium and boron also increased gradually. The compound effect of 3% magnesium sulfate and 0.08% DMPP was better. The N use efficiency of 3%magnesium sulfate combined with 0.06% DMPP and 3% magnesium sulfate combined with 0.08% DMPP on lettuce were 28.66% and 31.18%,respectively,and the N use efficiency of 3% magnesium sulfate combined with 0.08% DMPP was increased by 24.5% and 35.45% compared with that of no DMPP.The N use efficiency of 3% magnesium sulfate combined with 0.06% DMPP and 3% magnesium sulfate combined with 0.08% DMPP in celery were 35.96% and 37.46%,respectively.Compared with the treatment without DMPP,the N use efficiency improvement rates were 44.44% and 50.44%,respectively.The results showed that the N use efficiency of 3% magnesium sulfate combined with 0.08% DMPP on lettuce and celery was higher than that of 3% magnesium sulfate combined with 0.06% DMPP,and the N use efficiency of celery was higher than that of lettuce. In addition,in order to further improve and verify the fertilizer effect of compound fertilizer containing nitrification inhibitor, the application effect of supplemental boron element on Brassica chinensis and color pepper was discussed based on the combination of 3% magnesium sulfate with 0.06%DMPP and 3% magnesium sulfate with 0.08% DMPP,respectively. It was found that boron supplementation was beneficial to further increase the fresh weight of aboveground Brassica chinensis and the yield of color pepper. The fresh weight of aboveground Brassica chinensis was the highest when 3%magnesium sulfate was mixed with 0.08% DMPP and 0.5% borax was added. However, the fresh weight of aboveground parts of Brassica chinensis decreased significantly after 3% magnesium sulfate combined with 0.08% DMPP supplemented with 1.0% borax. The yield of colored pepper increased further with the increase of boron content. The yield of colored pepper increased further with 3% magnesium sulfate mixed with 0.08% DMPP supplemented with 0.5% borax and 1.0% borax than that with 3% magnesium sulfate mixed with 0.06% DMPP supplemented with 0.5% borax and 1.0% borax. However, the accumulation of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrients decreased significantly when 3%magnesium sulfate combined with 0.08% DMPP supplemented with 0.5% borax and 1.0% borax. The experiment of soil culture containing nitrification inhibitor showed that: On the 3rd,17 th,24th,30 th,45th and 90 th day of culture, there was no significant difference in the nitrate nitrogen content of soil as a whole compared with that without adding magnesium sulfate, which indicated that adding magnesium sulfate had no significant effect on the nitrate nitrogen content of soil to some extent. There was no significant difference in soil nitrate content between 0.06%DMPP and 0.08%DMPP.Leaching test on soil: In celery planting soil,CK-E,3% magnesium sulfate,3% magnesium sulfate and 0.08% DMPP treatment were watered and washed four times respectively within 27 days after fertilization. The total nitrate nitrogen loss of soil was 17.40 mg/kg,18.25 mg/kg and 7.81 mg/kg,respectively.In the no-crop soil, the CK-F treatment,3% magnesium sulfate treatment,3% magnesium sulfate treatment and 0.08%DMPP treatment were watered and washed four times respectively within 27 days after fertilization. The total nitrate nitrogen loss of soil was 35.65 mg/kg,36.04 mg/kg and 18.27 mg/kg,respectively.The results showed that the soil nitrate loss of planted crops was significantly lower than that of non-planted crops, and the soil nitrate loss was 48.0% less.Based on the above content, the formula containing nitrification inhibitor suitable for vegetables is recommended to add 3% magnesium sulfate and 0.08%DMPP.This formula can improve the utilization rate of nitrogen fertilizer in compound fertilizer, promote the absorption of nutrients by vegetables and increase vegetable yield, which is worthy of further field verification and promotion.
