Fermented material is a biotechnology that converts some organic substances into other substances through the metabolic action of microorganisms.Fermented feed can include a variety of raw materials, such as cereals, beans, wood, fruits, vegetables, etc. After fermentation,it becomes a product rich in a variety of nutrients and microbial flora. The microorganisms in the fermented material can decompose organic substances and produce a variety of enzymes, amino acids, antibiotics and other beneficial ingredients, thus improving the nutritional value and utilization rate of the feed and promoting the growth and health of animals. At the same time, fermented feed can also improve the taste and digestion and absorption effect of feed, reduce the cost of breeding, reduce environmental pollution, etc.Pelteobagrus fulvidraco is an important freshwater economic fish in China with rich nutritional composition and economic value, which is highly respected for its nutritional variety and other characteristics. This experiment aims to study the effect of fermented material on the growth, survival and non-specific immunity of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, and to lay the foundation for the development and application of fermented material in Pelteobagrus fulvidraco feed. The culture period of this experiment was 8 weeks. The experimental site was the aquaculture base of Changjiang University. The fish were randomly divided into 6 groups with 4 replicates of 40 fish each.6 groups of fish were fed fermented feed with 0(group A0),10%(group A1),20%(group A2),30%(group A3),40%(group A4)and 50%(group A5)as the test ingredients. After 8 weeks of feeding, the weight gain rate, specific growth rate,7 biochemical and immunological indicators were measured, namely: totalprotein(TP),alanineaminotransferase(ALT),triglycerides(TG),aspartateaminotransferase(AST),glucose glucose(GLU),cholesterol(totalcholesterol,TC),and alkaline phosphatase(AKP).The indexes such as Aeromonas spp.,Streptococcus spp.and pathogenic Bacillus spp.were determined in the intestinal tract of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. The test results were as follows:The addition of fermented material in the feed can improve the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, and reduce the bait coefficient.Especially, the fermented material added at 30% had the most significant improvement on the growth performance of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco(P < 0.05).There were significant differences in the effects of different addition levels of fermented material in the feed on the growth performance of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco,as the addition level of fermented material in the feed kept rising, there was no significant effect on the end weight of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco(P>0.05),the weight gain rate and specific growth of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in the feed were the first to rise and then to fall, the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in the 30% group reached the maximum level of 498.2% and The weight gain rate and specific growth rate of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in the 30% group reached the maximum level of 498.2% and 3.19%,which were significantly different from the control group(P<0.05),the weight gain rate of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in the 10% and 50% groups were not significantly different, but significantly different from the control group(P<0.05);the weight gain rate of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in the 20% and40% groups were not significantly different, but significantly different from the control group(P<0.05);with the increasing level of fermented materials added to the feed, the The bait coefficients of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in the 40% and 50% groups did not differ significantly(P>0.05),but differed significantly(P<0.05)from the control group. With the increasing level of fermented material added to the feed, the protein efficiency of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in the 30% group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference(P>0.05)between the protein efficiency of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in the 10%,20%,40% and 50%groups and the control group. There was no significant effect on the feeding rate and survival rate of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in different levels of fermented feed.total cholesterol content of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in groups A5 and A4 was significantly lower than that of the control group A0(P<0.05),there was no significant difference between cholesterol content of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in groups A1-A3;triglyceride content of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in groups A5 and A4 was significantly lower than that of the control group A0(P<0.05),triglyceride content of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco in groups A1-A3 There were no significant differences between the triglyceride contents of the A1-A3 groups;the superoxide dismutase contents of the A3-A5 groups were significantly lower than those of the control group A0(P<0.05),the superoxide dismutase contents of the A1-A2 groups were not significantly different from those of the control group A4-A5 groups, and the malondialdehyde contents of the A1-A2 groups were not significantly different from those of the control group A0;the total antioxidant capacity of the A2 and A3 groups were close to the level of the control group A0.The total antioxidant capacity of group A2 and A3 was significantly higher than that of control group A0(P<0.05).The addition of fermented material to the feed will have a stimulating effect on the weight gain rate and specific growth rate of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, promote the growth and development of young Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, significantly contribute to the improvement of intestinal health and maintain the stability of the internal environment of the intestinal tract of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco, thus helping to restore the health of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco.
