| Peanut picking and harvesting machines generate a lot of dust during the harvesting process,which pollutes the surrounding air,reduces the visibility of the harvesting environment,and even poses a threat to the health of harvesting personnel.Research on dust reduction technology and dust reduction equipment for peanut harvesters is a current research hotspot.In this paper,a guided-vane axial flow cyclone dust collector was designed as a benchmark model for the cyclone tube.CFD-DPM was used to simulate the gas and solid phases of the internal flow field of the cyclone tube,and the influence of two different exhaust ports on the pressure distribution,axial velocity and separation efficiency of the internal flow field of the cyclone tube was analyzed.It was found that when the number of guide vanes was 4,the comprehensive performance of the cyclone tube was the best,and the best velocity of single tube cyclone was 6m/s~8m/s.The influence weight of different structural parameters of cyclone pipe on its performance was studied,and a 4-factor,4-level orthogonal test was designed to compare the magnitude of the extreme difference R-value of each column using visual analysis,and the order of the structural parameters affecting the performance of cyclone pipe was obtained as cylinder diameter,cone angle,cylinder length and exhaust insertion depth;the optimal combination of structural parameters of cyclone pipe: cylinder diameter of cyclone pipe is 60 mm,cylinder length is 150 mm,cone angle is 20° and exhaust insertion depth is 50 mm.Two different structures of the integrated dust collector were designed by using the parallel connection of 3×3 and "back" type multi-tube cyclones with lateral and axial air inlet.The particle trajectory,pressure distribution and velocity distribution of the flow field in the two dust collectors were analyzed,and it was found that the air inlet of each cyclone tube in the 3×3 type integrated dust collector was not uniform,while the air inlet of each cyclone tube in the "return" type cyclone dust collector was uniform;the pressure loss and separation efficiency of the two integrated dust collectors were compared under different working conditions.Compared with the 3×3 type integrated dust box,the "back" type integrated dust box can handle higher air and dust volume and concentration limit of dust particles,and its air and dust volume reaches the limit when the incidence speed is 15m/s.Analysis of the peanut picking harvester in the field operation,the concentration of dust at different locations of the law of change and cleaning fan suction fan on the dust generation and diffusion,found that the suction fan has the greatest impact on the diffusion of dust,most of the dust is sucked into the grass collection box by the suction fan and then discharged from the exhaust port,resulting in the highest concentration of dust particles at the end of the grass collection box,therefore,axial cyclone type integrated dust collector is installed on both sides of the peanut picker and harvester and at the end of the grass collection box for dust reduction. |
