Performance Evaluation Of Rural Drinking Water Safety Project In Lanzhou New Area Gansu Province

The Rural Drinking Water Safety Project is a livelihood project carried out nationwide to solve the problem of inconvenient and unclean rural drinking water sources.The rural drinking water safety project in Lanzhou New Area was officially launched in 2018,which has gone through the period of "overcoming poverty" and is also under continuous construction at the current stage of "rural revitalization".This study is mainly to comprehensively evaluate the performance of the project,analyze the existing problems,and put forward suggestions for improvement,so that it can better serve the rural development in the rural revitalization stage.In this study,based on stakeholder theory,sustainable development theory and PV-GPG theory,The Blanced Score Card model is used as the evaluation model.Through literature research,analytic hierarchy process,interviews and other methods,the balanced scorecard is dimensionally transformed.From the four dimensions of social benefits,stakeholder collaboration,internal management and sustainable development,10 secondary indicators and 28 tertiary indicators are designed,Establish the performance evaluation system of rural drinking water safety project in Lanzhou New Area,and comprehensively evaluate the project.Through interviews and questionnaires with relevant government,enterprise staff and rural residents,and consulting relevant construction reports,the overall performance of Lanzhou New Area Rural Drinking Water Safety Project was rated A,"social benefits" and "stakeholder collaboration" were rated A,and "internal management" and "sustainable development" were rated B,indicating that the overall performance of the project was good,The construction objectives have been completed very well,and good social benefits have been achieved.The cooperation between stakeholders is very good,but the internal management and sustainable development need to be further improved.
