With the extensive application of modern information technology in the production management of orchards,various data generated by orchards are growing rapidly.Orchard big data has become an important means to promote the transformation and upgrading of the fruit industry and improve production decision-making.In response to problems such as slow feedback of information,low degree of informatization,large amount of data and computing,and low data storage efficiency in apple orchards,this article combines the actual needs of multi-source heterogeneous data in apple orchards,adopts the Hadoop distributed framework,and constructs an apple orchard image based on convolutional neural network classification model,designed and implemented the apple orchard big data platform,the main research work is as follows:(1)Apple Orchard Big Data Platform Requirement Analysis.Based on the current status of agricultural big data platform construction and the characteristics of multi-source heterogeneous data in apple orchards,a complete requirement analysis and functional module division for the apple orchard big data platform has been conducted.The functional requirements of modules such as data collection,data storage,image classification management,data services,data visualization,and the non-functional requirements of the big data platform have been analyzed,providing a foundation and direction for platform design,development,and testing.(2)Research on Apple Orchard Image Classification Model Based on Convolutional Neural Network.In view of the problems such as large amount of data storage and difficult analysis and management of image samples in unstructured data in apple orchards,we based on deep learning technology,carried out data set preparation,model construction,model training and model testing respectively,to obtain the apple orchard image classification model with an accuracy of 98.89%,providing model support for image classification management of apple orchard big data platform.(3)Design and implementation of Apple Orchard Big Data Platform based on Hadoop.Based on the requirements of the Apple Orchard Big Data Platform,a Hadoop distributed cluster was built,and modules were designed for data collection,image classification management,data storage,data service,and data visualization.A Hadoop-based Apple Orchard Big Data Platform was constructed,and its functional testing was conducted.The platform met the design requirements,and all functional modules were running normally after testing.The big data platform for apple orchards constructed in this article solves problems such as incomplete storage of massive,diverse apple orchard data,low data utilization,slow data queries,and difficult data management.This platform provides support for precision management,information-based methods,and scientific decision-making in apple orchard management.
