In recent years,agricultural greenhouse farming technology has been widely promoted.Compared with free-range farming,livestock raised in greenhouses are more sensitive to environmental parameters,so the environmental parameters of farming are receiving more and more attention.A suitable growth environment can reduce the morbidity rate during livestock breeding and improve the quality of meat flowing to the market;automation in greenhouse breeding can save labor and improve the profit of farmers.Therefore,automatic control of environmental parameters is necessary for agricultural greenhouse farming.In this paper,we address the problems in agricultural greenhouse farming,take the closed livestock farming greenhouse environment as the research object,and solve the environmental parameter control problem of greenhouse farming by designing a set of environmental controller based on intelligent algorithm.The main research contents are as follows.(1)Greenhouse environmental structure design and system analysis.Analyze the characteristics of the breeding greenhouse,improve the physical structure model of the traditional greenhouse,automatic equipment in the greenhouse,and realize the automatic control of the whole greenhouse environmental parameters;evaluate and calculate the heat load inside the greenhouse,and give the theoretical basis of the greenhouse design according to the size of the greenhouse and the control requirements,including the number of fans required for the greenhouse calculation,the heat required,etc.;finally,give the working mode of the designed system.(2)Fuzzy PID algorithm design and simulation analysis.In order to improve the performance of the control system,fuzzy control algorithm is introduced,combining classical PID algorithm with fuzzy control,using fuzzy PID to control the fans,and then realize the effective control of temperature,humidity and other parameters;the mathematical model of the system is inferred through theoretical analysis and experimental test,constructing the controller based on fuzzy PID algorithm,using MATLAB modeling and simulation to verify the control effect.Analyze the advantages of fuzzy PID algorithm compared with classical PID algorithm.(3)System design of the environmental controller.According to the greenhouse structure and system analysis,the PLC of YKHMI JT3U-48MRT-16 MT is selected as the main controller,and the HMI of MCGS TPC 7022 Ni is used as the human-machine interaction panel to design the hardware and software of the environmental controller,and the hardware design of the system,the design process of the program algorithm,the design configuration of the human-machine interaction interface and the construction of the Io T platform are introduced in detail to complete the design and development of the whole system is completed.Finally,the environmental controller with fuzzy PID algorithm was brought to the actual farming site for installation and commissioning,and the test part was carried out in a farming plant in Ganyu district,Lianyungang,Jiangsu.The test results showed that the environmental controller with fuzzy PID algorithm achieved a better control effect compared with the switch control of ordinary fans;all the performance indexes of the environmental control system met the design target requirements;the controller has been used in the controller has been put into use in greenhouse breeding plants in Shandong,Jiangsu and Anhui and has achieved good feedback.
