Research On Government Policy Support To Growth Of The Modern Agricultural Industrial Park Of Crawfish-Rice-Farming In Nanxian

Now,the COVID-19 is still spreading around the world,and the recovery of the world economy is difficult.For my country,an important strategic foundation for maintaining stable and healthy economic and social development is to firmly stabilize the fundamentals of agriculture.Based on the current economic situation and development stage,promoting the high-quality development of agriculture is inseparable from the modernization of agriculture and rural areas.Among them,the rise of modern agricultural industrial parks is an effective way to develop modern agriculture,and it also contributes to the integrated development of primary,secondary and tertiary industries and the overall promotion of rural revitalization.Through literature review,theoretical analysis,field interviews,etc.,this paper takes Nanxian Rice and Shrimp Modern Industrial Park,a typical representative of modern agricultural industrial parks,as the main research object to conduct empirical analysis.Garden operators,farmers,etc.,in order to understand the development status of the Modern Agricultural Industrial Park of Crawfish-Rice-Farming in Nanxian.and based on the market failure model,sustainable development theory,Eco-agriculture theory,it analyzes the current situation of Nanxian government’s policy support in the development of rice and shrimp modern industrial park,mainly including industrial support policy,fiscal and tax policy,financial insurance policy,technology land policy,Market regulation policies,etc.The main problems in the policy support of the Nanxian government in the development of the rice and shrimp modern industrial park are: deviations in the implementation of some policies,limited incentives for financial policies,insufficient innovation in scientific and technological policies,and blind spots in market supervision policies.The main reasons are policy formulation.The targets are not strong,the financing channels are relatively single,the professional and technical personnel are relatively scarce,and the regulatory policy system is not perfect.The Nanxian government should promote the development of the modern rice and shrimp industrial park by optimizing policy support,deepening industrial integration,improving the financing environment,strengthening financial support,increasing investment in science and technology,enhancing innovation capabilities,strengthening quality supervision,and expanding brand influence.
