| Taeniothrips genus-group(Thysanoptera: Thripidae: Thripinae)includes the tasa in which species have 2 pairs of ocellar setae,extremely elongated ocellar setae pair Ⅲ,and a head retracting behind compound eyes.Buccal contour outer arch,abdominal tergites Ⅷ with a complete slender marginal comb.This group is mainly phytophagous,most of them live in flowers,especially in horticultural flowers,by sipping plant juice living,resulting in crop production and ornamental value decline and other harm.In this study,the taxonomic work was carried out on the species of Taeniothrips genus-group,and the partial sequences of 183 COⅠ genes of 3 genera and 9 species of Taeniothrips genus-group in China were determined.Combined with 113 sequences of 6 genera and6 species downloaded from NCBI,the molecular phylogenetic tree of Taeniothrips genus-group in China was constructed by Maximum Likelihood method and Neighbor-Joining method,and 68 morphological characteristics were selected and the morphological phylogenetic tree was established by maximum likelihood method.The research results are as follows:1.The species of Taeniothrips genus-group in China were systematically sorted out,and the morphology of 15 species in 8 genera including Rhaphidothrips were described in detail.Taeniothrips orionis,a new species recorded in China,was discovered,and the female of Taeniothrips angustiglandus was first described.Discover a new translated name of Taeniothrips longistylosus(Uzel),and the genus and species search tables of the genus in China were given.At the same time,the corresponding microscopic feature map is given,and the geographical floristic analysis of the species described in the genus thistle is carried out.According to the results of geographical floristic analysis,it is only distributed in Nearcticecozone,Palaearctic realm and Orientalrealm,so it is speculated that the group is not adapted to the tropical climate.All the specimens used in this study are stored in the Insect Herbarium,Jilin University.2.Using Helionothrips aino as outgroup and 15 species in 7 genera(6 species sequences were downloaded from NCBI),we constructed phylogenetic trees.According to the results of morphological and molecular phylogenetic trees,Rhaphidothrips was transferred to Taeniothrips.The taxonomic status of Tenothrips frici discussed.Both morphological and molecular phylogenetic trees show that the thistle group is a monophyletic group.After the transfer of Rhaphidothrips longistylosus into Taeniothrips,Taeniothrips became a monophyletic group in the molecular tree and a non-monophyletic group in the morphological tree.In contrast,Ctenothrips is a nonmonophyletic group in the molecular tree and a monophyletic group in the morphogenetic tree.It is a sister group to Vulgatothrips.The contradiction between molecular phylogenetic tree and morphological phylogenetic tree should be further studied. |
