Research And Management Of Recreational Fishery In Heilongjiang Province Under The Background Of Rural Revitalization

Recreational fishery is one of the important components of modern fishery economy.Compared with the traditional fishing labor mode,it is a modern fishery industry with rapid development,remarkable benefits and ecological civilization in recent decades.With the gradual promotion of China’s rural revitalization strategy,recreational fishery has gradually attracted the attention of the government and all walks of life.As one of the important agricultural provinces in China,it is very important to develop recreational fishery in Heilongjiang Province.The concept,origin,present situation,classification and value of recreational fishery were clarified.This paper introduces the development status of recreational fishery in Heilongjiang Province.In recent years,with the increase of people’s demand for ecological environment and recreational and entertainment,the importance of recreational fishery in Heilongjiang Province has gradually increased.However,there are still some restrictive factors in the development of recreational fishery,such as lack of planning,insufficient capital investment,serious homogenization,backward management and lack of professional management talents.At the same time,the existing development model is relatively simple and traditional,lacking innovation and diversity.On this basis,the SWOT model is used to analyze the development status of recreational fishery in Heilongjiang Province,and the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats in the development are analyzed.It shows that opportunities and challenges coexist for the future development and progress of recreational fishery in Heilongjiang Province.Recreational fishery in Heilongjiang Province shoulders an important mission in the rural revitalization of Heilongjiang Province.It needs to achieve its sustainable,healthy and highquality development by strengthening the government management function,making scientific overall planning,digging deep into the connotation of fishery culture,strengthening the construction of local brands,exploring the mode of recreational health preservation and healthy old-age care,strengthening publicity,and broadening business channels.It is believed that with the gradual implementation of these countermeasures,the recreational fishery in Heilongjiang Province will be better improved and developed,making positive contributions to the revitalization of local villages and the healthy development of fishery industry transformation and upgrading.With the joint efforts of the government,recreational fishery operators or enterprises,and society,recreational fishery in Heilongjiang Province will play a greater role in rural revitalization and make new contributions to the vigorous development of rural revitalization throughout the country.
