| In order to investigate the suitable N application treatment for strong wheat in Jidong region,we hope to provide a theoretical basis and technical support for N fertilization management of strong wheat in Jidong region.In this experiment,a two-factor randomised group design was used for strong wheat Shionong 952,with the A factor being the basal N treatment:60 kg N/hm~2(B1),90 kg N/hm~2(B2)and 120 kg N/hm~2(B3)respectively;and the B factor being the nitrogen tracing treatment:90 kg N/hm~2(T1),120 kg N/hm~2(T2),150 kg N/hm~2(T3)and 180 kg N/hm~2(T4)respectively.A total of 12 treatments were set up,with 240 kg N/hm~2(B3T2)as the control for the customary N treatment applied by local farmers.The results of the study are as follows:1.At the same basal N application,the amount of N chasing significantly affected the grain yield,number of spikes per unit area and number of grains per spike of strong wheat,reaching the highest at the T3 treatment.The pre-flower dry matter,nitrogen translocation and contribution to the grain of strong wheat increased with increasing N chasing,with non-significant differences under the T2 to T4 treatments.The trends in post-flowering dry matter,nitrogen accumulation and contribution to seeds were consistent,decreasing with increasing N chasing and significantly higher under the T1 treatment than the other treatments.There were no significant differences in the grain quality indicators of strong wheat at the various N levels.2.Nitrogen fertilizer application can significantly increase wheat grain yield,and the yield of strong wheat increases with the increase of total N application from 0 to 240 kg N/hm~2;when the application of additional N fertilizer continues to 240-300 kg N/hm~2,the difference of wheat grain yield among N fertilizer treatments is not significant;No significant effect of any of the N treatments on thousand grain weight.At 210 kg N/hm~2,high values of seed yield and yield components are obtained and efficient use of nitrogen can be achieved.3.The effect of different N treatments on grain yield and grain quality of durum wheat varied,with N treatments significantly affecting the number of spikes and grains per unit area,with the highest grain yield at 240 kg N/hm~2(base application of 90 kg N/hm~2+150 kg N/hm~2 at nodulation)and the best grain quality at 210 kg N/hm~2(base application of 90 kg N/hm~2+120 kg N/hm~2 at nodulation).4.Analysis of variance(ANOVA)and throughput analysis of grain yield of durum wheat indicate that the number of spikes per unit area and the number of grains per spike are key factors in increasing wheat yield.The correlation analysis showed that the increase in pre-flowering dry matter translocation and pre-flowering nitrogen accumulation played an important role in the enhancement of grain yield of strong wheat;Each of the N efficiency indicators affects the grain yield of strong wheat by influencing the number of spikes and grains per unit area.Under the conditions of this trial,the highest seed yield was achieved with 240 kg N/hm~2(90 kg N/hm~2 at base+150 kg N/hm~2 at nodulation).The optimum N fertiliser application rate of 210 kg/hm~2(90 kg N/hm~2 at the base+120 kg N/hm~2 at the nodulation stage)was found to be the best N fertiliser plan for the synergy of grain yield,quality and N fertiliser use efficiency of strong wheat in Jidong. |
