| In this thesis,the wild medicinal plants in Qingyazhai National Nature Reserve were taken as the research object,and based on the field investigation,the diversity of medicinal plants such as species,families,genera,flora,growth type,medicinal properties,medicinal taste,toxicity,medicinal parts,efficacy,rare and endangered grades and the influence of environmental factors were analyzed.In order to provide reference for the rational development and utilization of medicinal plants in this nature reserve and even in the southern part of Taihang Mountain.The main results are as follows:(1)There are 739 species of medicinal plants in Qingyazhai Nature Reserve,belonging to 445 genera and 122 families,accounting for 82.9% of the total known plant resources(891),71.8% of the total plant families and 79.5% of the total plant genera(560).Small families and single genera of medicinal plants account for 83.6%of the total families;Single genus is the most.Among them,there are 459 kinds of medicinal herbs,among which perennial herbs are the highest.There are 143 exotic medicinal plants,accounting for 19.4% of the total species,and 28 exotic medicinal plants abroad,accounting for 3.8% of the total species.There are 596 native plants,accounting for 80.7% of the total species;There are 45 kinds of genuine medicinal materials.(2)As far as the medicinal parts are concerned,the roots and rhizomes account for26%;The species with flat medicinal properties are the most,accounting for 31.8% of the total species,with cold properties accounting for 21.8%,and slight cool medicinal properties being the least.The bitter medicinal plants are the most,accounting for 57.4%of the total;The four drug effects,namely,heat-clearing drugs,diuresis-inducing drugs,rheumatism-eliminating drugs and blood-activating drugs,accounted for 55.7% of the total frequency.There are 57 poisonous species,38 poisonous medicinal plants and 10 poisonous species.(3)There are 117 families in temperate zone,accounting for 95.9%.There are 93 genera in the north temperate zone,accounting for 20.9%.Among them,there are 1national class I protected plant,17 national class II protected plants,53 provincial protected medicinal plants,2 CITES protected plants,13 IUCN protected plants,1national minority medicinal plant,and 5 endemic plants in China.(4)The α diversity index of medicinal plants in Qingyazhai is the highest when the altitude is 950-1150m;The residual slope deposit with argillaceous rocks as its parent has great influence on the diversity of medicinal plants,and there are many kinds of shady slopes.Arbor forest has the richest resources of medicinal plants,which is the main vegetation type produced by medicinal plants in the nature reserve.The diversity of medicinal plants with soil thickness of 15-25 cm is the highest;The total species number of medicinal plants with medium disturbance gradient is the largest,and the diversity of plots with low disturbance gradient is the highest.In the aspect ofβ diversity index,the similarities and differences among communities are obvious under the influence of environmental factors.The areas with the richest medicinal plant species are distributed at the edge of cultivated land or arbor forest with an elevation of1050-1200 m,and their main parent materials are argillaceous residual slope deposits and basic residual slope deposits.Among the environmental factors in this survey,altitude contributed the most to the distribution of medicinal plants,while slope contributed the least. |
