| Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)is one of the important storage pests.The use of plant essential oils to prevent and control the Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)does not pollute the environment,but also conforms to the current plant protection guidelines for pest control.In order to explore the control effects of lavender and basil essential oils on Plodia interpunctella(Hübner),this study investigated the occurrence of Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)in Fukang City,and studied the contact killing and fumigation and repellent,of two plant essential oils and their mixtures on Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)larvae.Repellent and fumigation of adults and larvae,and the effects of sublethal doses on pupation and emergence of Plodia interpunctella(Hübner),the main researches are as follows:1.To clarify the occurrence of Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)in dried fruit warehouses and seed warehouses and in dried fruit retail stores.According to the survey results of 7 dried fruit retail stores,the number of store A is significantly higher than that of the other 6 stores;the occurrence of raisins in warehouse A exceeds that of melon seeds in warehouse B;the occurrence of unprocessed seed warehouses The amount is higher than that of commercial seed warehouses.Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)is more common in the above places,and the incidence rate reaches 100%.2.In order to clarify the biological activity of lavender and basil essential oils on Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)larvae under indoor conditions,the results showed that the mortality rate of Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)larvae was treated with lavender essential oil and basil essential oil at a concentration of 20 μL/m L for 96 h.were 61.67% and 55%,respectively.At 80 μL/m L for 2 h,the repellency of lavender and basil essential oils to Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)larvae reached grade V,and the repellency rates were 91% and 87%,respectively.The mortality rate of lavender essential oil for 50 μL of larvae fumigated after 96 h was 92%,and the mortality of basil essential oil to 45 μL of larvae after 96 h of fumigation was 100%.The mortality rate of lavender essential oil to Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)adults after fumigation at a concentration of 3.5 μL was 100% after 2 hours,and the mortality rate of basil essential oil after fumigation at a concentration of 4.5 μL was 99.33%after 2 hours.The pupation rate of basil oil treated with sublethal dose for 7 days was higher than that of lavender oil,while the emergence rate of lavender oil after sublethal dose treatment for 5 days was lower than that of basil oil.It can be seen from the above studies that both lavender essential oil and basil essential oil have higher application value in the control of Plodia interpunctella(Hübner).3.In order to prevent the emergence of drug resistance in the process of controlling Plodia interpunctella(Hübner),this experiment mixed the half-lethal dose of lavender essential oil and basil essential oil according to different proportions to study its effect.The results showed that the contact-killing effect of the mixture of essential oil 7:3 on Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)larvae was the best at 24 h,48 h,72 h and 96 h.The 9:1 mixture of essential oils had the best repelling effect on Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)larvae at 2 h,4 h,6 h and 8 h.The best fumigation effect of the blended essential oils on Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)larvae is 3:7.The mixing ratio of essential oils for the fumigation of Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)adults was 7:3.It can be seen from the effect of mixing two plant essential oils of lavender and basil on Plodia interpunctella(Hübner)larvae that the effect of the essential oils after mixing is significantly higher than that of the two single doses of plant essential oils. |
