| At present,traditional support bearings are used for the rotary support of the rotating working parts of the combined leveling machine in our country.However,due to the limitation of the operating environment,the traditional bearing has problems such as insufficient sealing performance,which greatly shortens the service life of the support bearing and leads to the failure rate of the combined leveling machine.Raising,not only delays agricultural time but also wastes resources.In view of the above problems,this paper combines the bearing sealing technology and principle at home and abroad,through the methods of consulting materials,theoretical calculations,etc.,for the disc harrow,the soil breaker and the repressor,respectively,designed the disc harrow integrated bearing,soil breaker and compactor with improved service life.The compressor integrated bearing,the main research contents of the paper are as follows:(1)The design of the integrated bearing of the disc harrow.The technical requirements for the integrated bearing of the disc harrow are put forward,and the deep groove ball bearing 6212 is selected as the inner bearing of the design through calculation and analysis,and the notch structure is designed on the outer ring,and the inner ring is lengthened to both sides.In order to install each sealing device;put forward the scheme of designing polyurethane sealing ring,felt sealing ring and skeleton oil seal in sequence on the outer diameter surface of the extended inner ring to improve the sealing performance of the design;determine the sealing bearing for fixing each sealing device and the inner bearing The structural parameters and materials of the seat and the sealed bearing cover;the structural parameters and material types of the parts such as the special intermediate tube and the elastic retaining ring are determined.(2)Design of the integrated bearing of the crusher and the compactor.The technical requirements for the integrated bearing of the soil breaker and the ballast are put forward,and the outer spherical bearing with eccentric sleeve UEL306 is determined by calculation and analysis as the inner bearing of this design,and the sealing groove for installing the triple-lip sealing ring is designed on its outer ring.,a stepped structure for installing the skeleton oil seal is designed on its inner ring;a protective cover is designed on the eccentric sleeve,a pair of three-lip seal rings are designed on both sides of the inner bearing,and a skeleton oil seal is designed on the surface of the stepped structure to prevent The sealing performance of the design is improved;the structural parameters of the sealing bearing seat,the elastic retaining ring and the material type of each part are determined.The calculation formulas of equivalent stiffness,equivalent damping and temperature resistance coefficient were analyzed,and the performance evaluation index was used as the performance evaluation index.The acrylonitrile content of the nitrile rubber used to make the triple lip seal.(3)Experimental research on integrated bearing performance of combined soil preparation machine.According to the national standard GB/T 32321-2015,the dustproof,grease leakage and temperature rise performance tests were carried out on the disc harrow integrated bearing,soil breaker and ballast integrated bearing.And the temperature rise was detected,and the average ash intake per unit volume of the two integrated bearings was found to be 1380/cm~3 and 1510/cm~3 respectively,the average grease leakage rate was 0.53%and 0.69%respectively,the average temperature rise The temperature is 28.58℃and 26.75℃respectively,and compared with the original structural bearing test data and national standard regulations,the results show that the sealing performance of the new design is greatly improved,and the working stability is reliable,which meets the design requirements of integrated bearings. |
