| As a new type of high quality green forage,Pennisetum sp.plays an extremely important role in grass farming,animal husbandry and ecological construction.With the continuous introduction and development of Pennisetum sp.in Xinjiang,the planting area of Pennisetum sp.is expanding year by year,and many areas have been planted in large areas.However,due to poor soil and unreasonable planting of herdsmen,the yield of Pennisetum sp.is low and the quality is poor.In this situation,scientific fertilization is an important measure to improve the productivity and quality of Pennisetum sp.As a kind of multi-element bio-organic mineral fertilizer,medium and micro element fertilizer has the functions of high efficiency,high composition content,easy absorption,green and so on.It is more used in crops,but less used in forage grass.Therefore,this experiment was carried out in pots using Pennisetum sp.as the test material,aiming to investigate the effects of micronutrient fertilizer on the growth traits,photosynthetic characteristics and nutritional quality of Pennisetum sp.at different dosages,and to explore its application effect and the best amount of fertilizer to be applied.The result of research shows that:(1)The promotion effect of different amounts of micronutrient fertilizers on agronomic traits,leaf-to-stem ratio,biomass and hay yield of Pennisetum sp varied,with the degree of promotion being 3000kg·hm-2(C3 treatment)>other fertilizer treatments>CK.Agronomic trait indicators and hay yield increased with increasing fertiliser application and tended to decrease when increased to a certain level(C3treatment).A comprehensive evaluation of the affiliation function showed that the best growth traits were achieved with 3000 kg·hm-2of micronutrient fertilizer(C3 treatment)and that the highest hay yield was obtained with 8,771.09 kg·hm-2.(2)Compared with CK,the application of a certain amount of micronutrient fertilizer 3000 kg·hm-2(C3 treatment)significantly increased the SPAD value,net photosynthetic rate and transpiration rate of Pennisetum sp.,effectively reducing the intercellular CO2concentration and enhancing the photosynthesis of the plant,thus facilitating the accumulation of dry matter and increasing the hay yield of Pennisetum sp..(3)Micronutrient fertiliser increases crude protein,crude ash,crude fat,dry matter and relative forage value of Pennisetum sp.,increases mineral element content and effectively reduces medium acidic detergent fibre and lignin content.The relative feeding value of the micronutrient fertilizer was highest in the 3000 kg·hm-2(C3 treatment)and second highest in the C4 treatment(4000 kg·hm-2),as shown by the feeding value of the two periods.A comprehensive evaluation of the affiliation function of the quality of the different fertilizer treatments showed that the C3 treatment performed the best and the CK the worst.(4)The best combination of growth characteristics,quality traits and photosynthetic characteristics was obtained with the micronutrient fertilizer 3000 kg·hm-2(C3 treatment),indicating that C3 treatment had the best effect on the growth,photosynthetic characteristics and nutritional quality of Pennisetum sp..Therefore,the optimum fertilizer application rate for this trial was the C3 treatment with 3000 kg·hm-2of micronutrient fertilize. |
