The main planting areas of red jujube in southern Xinjiang are alkaline soil,and the utilization efficiency of plants for soil iron is low.The improvement of the biological properties of soil iron in jujube orchard in southern Xinjiang has become a major focus of the improvement of soil nutrients and jujube tree nutrition in jujube orchard,and it is also one of the factors affecting the development of red jujube industry in Xinjiang.This study mainly uses in-situ soil sampling from the analysis of iron carrier bacterial community in southern Xinjiang,It provides a theoretical basis and lays an experimental foundation for the development and application of microbial iron fertilizer in the process of jujube planting,so as to improve the nutritional quality of Xinjiang jujube and promote the healthy development of jujube industry.In this study,soil samples were collected from 9 counties and cities in the main jujube producing areas of Southern Xinjiang.A total of 28 jujube orchard soil samples were collected.The iron carrier producing bacteria were screened by CAS(chrome azurol S)method,and the community structure,alpha diversity and beta diversity of iron carrier producing bacteria were analyzed by 16 S r DNA high-throughput sequencing.Eight iron carrier producing bacteria were screened,and the soil nutrient data were analyzed.The following research results are obtained:(1)In this study,8 strains of iron carrier producing strains isolated and screened from jujube orchard soil in southern Xinjiang belong to Proteobacteria Serratia,Atlantibacter,Enterobacter,Alcaligenes,Pseudomonas and Firmicutes Bacillus,with a total of 2 Phyla and 6 Genera.The soil iron carrier producing bacteria in jujube orchard in southern Xinjiang are mainly Proteobacteria and Firmicutes.Pseudomonas accounts for the largest proportion at the genus level,and Bacillus is also the main category of iron carrier producing bacteria.(2)It is found that there are similarities in the communities of iron carrier producing bacteria in different regions.Through the analysis of alpha diversity of iron carrier producing bacterial communities,it can be seen that the diversity in the four regions is rich and uniform,and the mean value of species diversity is relatively consistent.At the same time,the diversity of bacterial flora in southern Xinjiang has also been maintained.The results of beta diversity analysis show that the difference of community distribution in Aksu area is the largest and that in Hotan area is the smallest;From the analysis results of differences among groups,it can be seen that the distribution of iron carrier producing bacterial community in Bazhou is different from that in other areas.(3)The soil of jujube orchard in the study area belongs to alkaline soil,and the variation range of p H value is 8.08-9.18.Some jujube orchard soils are seriously salinized,and the highest value is the sampling point in Moyu County,Hotan.The contents of organic matter and available iron in jujube orchard soil in Hotan were significantly lower than those in other areas,and the contents of total phosphorus,available potassium and total iron were lower than those in other areas.Based on the results of principal component analysis and cluster analysis of soil indicators,there is no significant difference in soil nutrient indicators at different sampling points in the same area.The samples collected in Aksu and Bazhou comply with the above laws,while there are great differences in soil indicators at different sampling points in Kashgar and Hotan.As a Pseudomonas,strain TS006 can be used as the key direction for the development of microbial iron fertilizer in the future due to its easy cultivation and rich variety of iron production carriers.As an area with high abundance of Bacillus,Bazhou can use strain TS008,which is also Bacillus,as the main component of microbial iron fertilizer,so as to reduce the impact on indigenous microorganisms.
