At present,the operation and management of National Forest Parks are still based on the traditional management model of forestry station,lacking a professional and targeted 3D visualization platform to enhance the intelligent management of National Forest Parks and provide a better service experience for visitors.According to the review of current status and development trends at home and abroad of research on realscene 3D modeling in forest parks,this study constructed a 3D visualization platform for forest park management platform based on the Cesium open source framework utilizing scene-oriented principles and technologies such as photographic modeling,real-scene 3D,and WebGIS technologies.And the platform was applied to the Tianjiling National Forest Park as the research object to provide information support for the realization of forest park management and ecological tourism wisdom.The main contents and results are as follows:(1)Construction of the real-scene 3D model of the Tianjiling National Forest Park.Based on the method of air-ground fusion modeling,a real-scene 3D model of Tianjiling National Forest Park was constructed using UAV Oblique images and ground close-up images as the database,collecting precise textures of landscape in the study area,aligning and fusing high-density point cloud of space and ground,and utilizing software such as Context Capture to filter,transform and integrate the image data.The accuracy was verified using control points leveling,with an error of 0.069m in the plane position and 0.103m in elevation.The results show that the accuracy of the 3D model of the Tianjiling National Forest Park meets the specification requirements for digital aerial photography modeling,which can intuitively reflect the true structural state of the objects in the study area and effectively solve problems such as holes and stretching of the model.(2)Visualization platform design for the Tianjiling National Forest Park.Based on the business needs of Tianjiling National Forest Park and the spatial distribution of different ground objects and their attribute data,the overall requirement analysis of the visualization platform,the data visualization requirement analysis,and the network security analysis were carried out.The visualization platform architecture of the forest park is designed based on the Browser/Server mode,specifically including the presentation layer,the logic layer,and the data layer.The functional modules of the forest park visualization platform such as measurement,navigation roaming,monolithic query,inundation analysis,and landscape analysis were designed in detail relying on the Cesium application architecture.(3)Visualization platform realization for the Tianjiling National Forest Park.According to the visualization platform design of the Tianjiling National Forest Park,this study used the Vue framework to load a real-scene 3D model in 3D Tiles data format and used the web client to interact with the visualization platform.The platform used the Echarts open source visual chart library to visualize the park attribute data;adopted the callback function of Cesium engine to dynamically set the stretching height and realized the 3D visualization of forest park inundation hazard simulation;and extracted the relative slope of the forest park landscape using DEM data,trail and attraction distribution data,obtained the average slope value of each landscape area for the evaluation of the landscape visual sensitivity based on the relative slope,and superimposed the evaluation results on the real-scene 3D model of the forest park to realize the 3D visualization of the landscape visual sensitivity evaluation.This study used a combination of Oblique photogrammetry and close-up photography to construct a real-scene 3D model of the forest park and used the Cesium engine to build a forest park visualization platform,which can improve the level of intelligent management of the forest park.In the subsequent research,LIDAR can be used to collect point cloud data of forest parks,improve the accuracy of the ground objects’ structure of the real-scene 3D model,combine with deep learning network to expand the analysis capability of the 3D visualization platform and improve the information service level of forest parks.
