Research On Synergy Incentive Mechanism Of Straw Recycling Logistics

With the improvement of rural economic level and the transformation of energy structure,farmers’ demand for straw is gradually declining,and straw gradually appears regional,seasonal and structural surplus.In addition,China’s straw recycling industry started late,enterprise financing difficulties,backward operation mode,unreasonable profit distribution and lack of corresponding incentive mechanism and other problems,so that the straw recycling logistics coordination is difficult to succeed,the utilization rate of straw comprehensive recycling is relatively low,become a shackle restricting the development of straw industry.Based on the above background,this study takes the straw recycling logistics system composed of farmers,intermediaries and straw recycling enterprises as the research object,and comprehensively uses the synergy theory,incentive mechanism theory and game analysis theory to explore the incentive mechanism of straw recycling logistics synergy.Firstly,the effect of government subsidy incentive mechanism on straw recycling logistics coordination was considered.Using qualitative and quantitative analysis methods,the straw recycling logistics basic model under the three situations of government subsidy collection cost,subsidy transportation cost and subsidy storage cost was constructed.The optimal decision and profit of each subject were obtained by backward induction analysis method,and the three situations of government subsidy were compared and analyzed by calculating examples.Secondly,the effect of profit distribution incentive mechanism on straw recycling logistics coordination was considered.Based on the transport cost subsidized by the government,the basic models of straw recycling logistics were constructed under three situations:the cooperation between farmers and intermediaries,the cooperation between intermediaries and straw recycling enterprises,and the tripartite cooperation between farmers,intermediaries and straw recycling enterprises.The three cooperation situations were compared and analyzed by examples.Finally,in order to ensure the fairness and rationality of cooperative profit distribution,Shapley value method,Nash negotiation method,Faiffa method,simplified MCRS method and comprehensive profit distribution method are proposed to distribute cooperative profit.The results show that:(1)the government subsidy incentive mechanism can optimize the decision-making and profit of each subject,promote the cooperative operation of straw recycling logistics,and the government subsidy transport cost situation is optimal under the same government subsidy coefficient and the same government subsidy amount.(2)Under the incentive mechanism of cooperative profit distribution,the cooperative cooperation of any two or more subjects of straw recycling logistics can improve the supply of straw and the overall profit level of the recycling logistics system.Under the same conditions,the participation of all subjects of straw recycling logistics and the establishment of cooperative alliance based on the whole industrial chain can create the maximum overall profit of the straw recycling logistics system.(3)The main bodies of straw recycling logistics get different distribution results under the four profit distribution methods,among which farmers and straw recycling enterprises can obtain more profits under the Nash negotiation profit distribution method,and intermediaries can obtain more profits under the Faiffa profit distribution method.The comprehensive profit distribution method can compromise the results obtained by the four distribution methods into a relatively reasonable distribution scheme,so that all subjects can achieve a win-win situation and realize the coordinated development of straw recycling logistics.The research of this paper can provide a reference for the decision-making of each main body of straw recovery logistics,and also provide a new idea for promoting the cooperation of straw recovery logistics.
