| The harmonious coexistence between man and nature is the essential requirement of Chinese modernization.The report of the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China has made the deployment of establishing the value realization mechanism of ecological products and improving the compensation system for ecological protection,and pointed out the development direction and strategic path of building a modern harmonious coexistence between man and nature.As a link between human well-being and natural resources,ecosystem service value accounting is the basis of the realization mechanism of ecological product value.How to calculate the value of ecosystem services scientifically and reasonably has always been a hot issue in the theoretical circle and the government.As a water conservation functional area and an important ecological security protection barrier in Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,Chengde City has rich woodland resources.It is of great significance to measure its ecosystem service value and analyze the driving mechanism for improving the ecological security and ecological supplement of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.This study was separated into forest land,shrubland,open woodland,and other woodland based on data on the utilization of woodland in Chengde City between 2010 and 2020.The ecosystem service value of the woodland resources in Chengde City was calculated,and its features of geographical and temporal evolution were examined,based on the Invest model and quantitative index approach.The driving factors of ecosystem service value of woodland in 2010 and 2020 were explored by RDA sorting method.The main conclusions were as follows:(1)During the study period,the overall service function of woodland ecosystem in Chengde City was improved,and the changes of sub-functions were different.From 2010 to 2020,the amount of woodland water conservation,water purification and soil conservation function in Chengde City has been improved,the amount of water production and water purification increased by 15.35%,and the amount of soil fixation and fertilizer retention increased by 7.7%.The functions of product supply,carbon fixation and oxygen release,air purification,climate regulation and wind and sand fixation were reduced to varying degrees,but the decrease was within 5%.In general,the ecosystem service functions of forest land in Chengde City are relatively stable.(2)The value of woodland ecosystem services in Chengde City is mainly based on climate regulation value,with forest land and shrubland as the main support.In 2020,the value of woodland ecosystem services in Chengde City was CNY 269.271 billion,an increase of CNY 14.417 billion compared with 2010.The value of various service functions varied greatly.The value of climate regulation was the highest,accounting for 50.74%of the total value,and the total value of the remaining nine functions only accounted for 50%of the total value.Among the ecosystem service value of different woodland types,the value of forest land is the highest,accounting for more than 56%in 2010 and 2020,followed by shrubland,accounting for more than 38%in both periods.Forest land and shrubland are the main land types for the source of forest ecosystem service value in Chengde City;the unit area value of the four secondary land types of forest land has increased,indicating that the woodland ecosystem services in Chengde City have been further improved.(3)The eight influencing factors selected in this paper have a significant impact on the value of woodlan ecosystem services in Chengde City.The influence of natural factors on the ecosystem service value of woodland is continuous and gradually increasing,among which slope and precipitation play a key role.The impact of socio-economic factors on the value of woodland ecosystem services in Chengde City changed from inhibition to promotion,which benefited from the development of ecological civilization construction in Chengde City and promoted the conversion of woodland ecosystem service functions to economic factors. |
