| Ningxia Yinbei has reduced productivity due to soil salinity,which restricts the sustainable development of local agriculture.Soil salinity hazards lead to lower fertilizer efficiency,affecting crop yield and quality.The development and application of new compound fertilizer with lime nitrogenbased function plays an important role and has a wide application prospect for solving the problems of insufficient fertility of saline-alkali soil,improvement of soil structure and improvement of crop quality.In this study,using lime nitrogen and well-rotted cow manure as the basic raw materials of local largescale calcium petrochemical plants,the formula screening,fertilizer efficiency evaluation and application rate of lime nitrogen-based functional compound fertilizer were studied by combining indoor potting test and field test,and the effects of seedling emergence rate and growth index of potted silage maize under each formula treatment were analyzed,the application effect of lime nitrogen-based functional compound fertilizer was proposed,and the optimal application rate of lime nitrogen-based functional compound fertilizer suitable for alkalized saline soil in Yinbei was proposed.The main findings are as follows:1.The results of potting test showed that the application of lime nitrogen-based functional compound fertilizer had a significant promoting effect on the growth characteristics of silage maize.Compared with conventional fertilization(control),the plant height,stem thickness and SPAD of lime nitrogen-based functional compound fertilizer were significantly improved in each treatment(except treatment 2).Lime nitrogen-based functional compound fertilizer treatment 4[(lime nitrogen(N≥20%)20 kg,urea(N≥46%)35 kg,superphosphate(P2O5≥44%)14 kg,potassium sulfate(K2O≥50%)8 kg,rotten cow manure 16 kg,potassium humate 3 kg,ferrous sulfate 3 kg,aluminum sulfate 1 kg]The effect was the best.Compared with conventional fertilization,the height of the treated 4 plants increased by 5.23%,the stem thickness increased by 6.55%compared with conventional fertilization,and the SPAD increased by 6.76%compared with conventional fertilization.2.The results of field experiments showed that the application of lime nitrogen-based functional compound fertilizer significantly improved the physical and chemical properties of saline-alkali soil and the yield and quality of silage maize.(1)The application of lime nitrogen-based functional compound fertilizer significantly improved the physical and chemical properties of soil.Compared with conventional fertilization,the total salt content of lime nitrogen-based functional compound fertilizer treatment and commercial compound fertilizer treatment decreased by 11.04%and 1.30%,respectively,and the organic matter content of lime nitrogen-based functional compound fertilizer treatment increased by 2.56%compared with conventional fertilization treatment,and the organic matter content of compound fertilizer treatment in the market was almost no different from that of conventional fertilization treatment.(2)The application of lime nitrogen-based functional compound fertilizer significantly increased the yield of silage maize.Compared with conventional fertilization,the fresh weight of silage maize under lime nitrogen-based functional compound fertilizer treatment and commercial compound fertilizer treatment increased by 18.00%and 16.00%,and the dry weight of silage maize treated with lime nitrogen-based functional compound fertilizer and commercial compound fertilizer increased by 18.02%and 15.02%compared with conventional fertilization treatment,respectively.(3)The application of lime nitrogen-based functional compound fertilizer significantly improved the quality of silage corn.Compared with conventional fertilization,the crude protein content of silage maize under lime nitrogen-based functional compound fertilizer treatment and commercial compound fertilizer treatment increased by 9.24%and 2.86%,crude fat content increased by 0.83%and 4.17%compared with conventional fertilization treatment,and the relative feeding value increased by 9.46%and 4.14%compared with conventional fertilization treatment.3.The field verification test showed that the application effect of treatment 4 formula was the best,and the optimal application amount was 150 kg/667m2.After application,compared with conventional fertilization,soil pH decreased by 3.31%,total salt decreased by 15.58%,and organic matter increased by 8.48%.The fresh weight of silage maize increased by 22.20%,dry weight by 21.11%,crude protein content by 14.62%,and relative feeding value by 28.10%.4.In this study,lime nitrogen and rotted cow manure were used as the main raw materials for the first time in Yinbei,Ningxia,and potassium humate,ferrous sulfate and other auxiliary materials to develop a new functional compound fertilizer based on lime nitrogen-based with the effect of improving the physical and chemical properties of saline-alkali soil and improving crop quality,which has broad application prospects.In the next research work,in-depth research will be carried out on the formulation screening of new functional compound fertilizers based on lime and nitrogen in different types of saline-alkali land,water saving and salt control and slow control and growth promotion compound fertilizer. |
