| Total Mixed Ration(TMR)Mixer is a kind of special equipment widely used in mechanized breeding of animal husbandry.It is used to mix coarse feed,refined feed and other additives in the material box,and can realize semi-automatic or full-automatic material mixing.Aiming at the problem of low material mixing uniformity of the existing full-mix dietary preparation machine,there is less research on the mixing process and theory.In this paper,the main parts of the TMR Mixer is designed,and the discrete element virtual calibration is carried out in combination with the mechanical properties of the material,so as to simulate the mixing process and optimize the key parameters of the TMR Mixer,and test verification is carried out.The main content and conclusions as follows:(1)The design scheme of horizontal single-axle TMR mixer was determined according to the characteristics of domestic-oriented aquaculture unit and production process requirements of domestic aquaculture industry.Based on actual needs and relevant design experience,relevant mechanisms such as the material box,agitator shaft,and agitator in the mixing mechanism have been determined.The speed and acceleration of material on agitator base are analyzed,and three factors influencing the mixing process are determined:agitator working speed,angle of agitator base and filling factor of the bin.(2)The virtual calibration of kneaded silk wheat straw-crushed corn mixture was carried out by discrete element software.First,the basic parameters of kneading silk wheat straw and crushed corn were measured and the mechanical parameters were determined.Plackett-Burman screening test and Box-Behnken response test were then conducted.The parameters influencing simulation results greatly in discrete element software were determined and calibrated.The results are:straw density 179.6kg/m3,rolling friction coefficient of straw-straw 0.084,surface energy of straw-straw JKR 0.052J/m2.(3)Discrete element simulation is carried out for the mixing process,single-factor test and response interview test are carried out.The influence law of each factor on the deviation coefficient is as follows:with the increase of agitator speed,the deviation coefficient shows a downward trend as a whole;The deviation coefficient has no significant effect on the whole with the increase of the angle of the Dragon holder.As the filling coefficient of the bin increases,the deviation coefficient decreases first and then increases.The regression model of each factor and deviation coefficient is obtained,and the optimum scheme between the factors is determined as follows:the working speed of agitator is 26 rpm,the angle of agitator base is 17°,And the filling coefficient of material box is 0.7.The simulation test verifies the optimal scheme.The optimization results are verified by experiment.The results showed that the mixing uniformity of TMR after mixing and stirring were 94.06%,which met the feed requirements of ruminants. |
