It is very important to monitor grain information such as insect pest,temperature,humidity and mildew in the process of grain storage,and improper supervision will not only lead to the loss of grain quantity and quality,but also cause food safety problems.In recent years,electronic equipment for real-time monitoring of pests on grain surface and in grain pile has been gradually applied in our country’s grain depots,where electronic equipment developed based on infrared photoelectric detection principle and image recognition principle has achieved good results in monitoring pests on stored grain,showing a very valuable application prospect.On the basis of the new and industry-leading electronic pest monitoring equipment based on infrared photoelectric detection principle and image recognition principle and general image information collection equipment developed in our laboratory,this paper develops an intelligent monitoring system for grain storage pests using microservice architecture through in-depth research on the characteristics of the equipment,pest information collection and subsequent processing,control process and practical application requirements.The main work accomplished in this paper is as follows:1.Designed data transmission formats based on binary and JSON respectively for pest data collection and other grain data collection,realized data transmission modes based on TCP,HTTP,MQTT and WebSocket network transmission protocols,provided standardized data formats and interfaces,and standardized access processes for different types of devices to access the system conveniently.2.The intelligent monitoring system of stored grain pests on PC and mobile terminals is designed and realized through the micro-service architecture in the way of front and back end separation,and the functions of data collection,user management,equipment management,data management,data visualization and 3D visualization are realized.3.A 3D scene was constructed for the whole granary,realizing the interaction in the 3D scene,which can dynamically present the distribution of pest monitoring equipment in the granary,and at the same time,a set of equipment location recommendation algorithm was designed,and the location of the recommended points was displayed through the 3D scene to provide reference for users when redeploying pest monitoring equipment in the granary.4.Completed the demonstration application deployment of the system in grain depots in Beijing,Baoding in Hebei province,Lu ’an in Anhui Province and other cities.At present,the system runs smoothly and has acquired a large amount of data of actual insect situation,which has laid a good foundation for enriching the data set of insect influence and improving the identification results.In addition,the demonstration results in the granary show that the system can provide effective help for the granary custodians to know the occurrence of pests in the granary,so that they can conduct comprehensive analysis and take necessary measures in time to ensure the safe storage of grain.
