Study On The Influencing Factors Of Herdsmen’s Professional Cooperative In Hexigeteng Banner To Protect Grassland Utilization

As an important new animal husbandry operation main body,erdsmen’s professional cooperative plays an important role in the protective utilization of grassland resources and plays a specific function in the ecological protection of grassland.Howeve,ue to the influence of many realistic factor,he protective utilization of grassland resources by professional cooperatives of herdsmen is still not extensive and in-depth,and some professional cooperatives of herdsmen fail to play the function of protective utilization of grassland resource,hich will not be conducive to the sustainable development of pastoral areas.This thesis focuses on the problems in the process of protective utilization of grassland by professional herdsmen cooperatives and reveals the influencing factors for the purpose of research.Based on 110 valid questionnaires obtained by field investigation in Keshiketenqi,ecological economics,organizational behavior theory,public goods theory,sustainable development theory and the existing research results and theoretical paradigms of domestic and foreign scholars,Based on the development of herdsmen’s professional cooperatives in Hexigeteng Banner and the current situation and existing problems of herdsmen’s professional cooperatives,descriptive analysis of the survey data of 110 herdsmen’s professional cooperatives was conducted to gradually clarify the situation and influence factors of herdsmen’s professional cooperatives on the protective utilization of grassland resources.Finally,the dual Logistic regression model was used to make an empirical analysis on the factors of herdsmen’s professional cooperatives and external factors,and to determine the factors and degree that affect the protective utilization of grassland.The results show that the protective utilization of grassland resources by herdsmen professional cooperatives is affected by its own factors and external factors.Their own factors include:the educational level of the directors,the social tenure of the directors,the number of members of the professional herdsmen cooperatives,whether the funds of the professional herdsmen cooperatives are sufficient,and the management team level of the professional herdsmen cooperatives.External factors include professional training and guidance,policy support and so on.Among the self-factors,the educational level of the director,whether the director takes social posts,the management team level of the professional herdsmen cooperatives,professional training and guidance,and policy support are positively correlated with the protective utilization of grassland by the professional herdsmen cooperatives.Based on the research results,this thesis proposes to strengthen the construction of professional cooperatives of herdsmen,uch as: strengthening the construction of cooperatives standard,improve the construction of professional cooperatives of herdsmen talent team;And strengthening the external construction of professional herdsmen cooperatives,such as improving policy support,increasing financial support,strengthening professional and technical training,so as to make better protective use of grassland resources.
