| With the increasing area of planted vegetables in China,the types and quantity of solar greenhouses are also abundant,but the traditional solar greenhouses used in northern alpine regions still cannot ensure the safe overwintering of temperature-loving vegetables.In addition,traditional solar greenhouses have unreasonable structural design,poor heat preservation and storage performance and low efficiency,and low land use rate,etc.In response to these problems,our team designed and built an assembled water storage internal heat preservation solar greenhouse.In order to study the thermal insulation and heat storage capacity of the assembled internal thermal insulation solar greenhouse,this experiment compared the assembled water storage thermal insulation solar greenhouse(hereinafter referred to as water storage thermal greenhouse)and the assembled water heating thermal insulation solar greenhouse(hereinafter referred to as water heating type greenhouse).We evaluated the effectiveness of the two greenhouses by comparing the environmental factors such as indoor light,temperature and humidity,soil temperature,heat storage in water tanks,tomato yield,construction cost and other economic benefits.The data analysis showed that.(1)The average temperatures of typical sunny night in water storage greenhouse and water-heated greenhouse were 14.72℃and 14.86℃respectively,and the temperatures of typical cloudy night were 12.8℃and 13.3℃respectively.When the minimum outside temperature was-24℃,the minimum temperatures of the two greenhouses were7.7℃and 6.8℃respectively,and the temperatures of the two greenhouses were close to each other with no significant differences.(2)The rear temperature of water storage greenhouse and water heating greenhouse at night on cloudy days was 14.75℃and 15.3℃respectively,and the average soil temperature of the two greenhouses was 16.38℃and 16.47℃respectively,and the difference between the performance of water storage greenhouse and water heating greenhouse was not obvious.(3)The effective heat storage capacity of water storage greenhouse tank is11.9MJ/m2and the effective heat dissipation capacity is 11.44MJ/m2;the effective heat dissipation capacity of water heating greenhouse is 9.93MJ/m2.(4)The average yields of the two greenhouses are 4634 and 4889kg per mu respectively,and the yields are close to those of the water-heated greenhouse.(5)The construction cost of water storage greenhouse is lower than that of water-heated greenhouse by 38 Yuan per square meter,and the cost of using coal in the heating process is reduced by 11880.96 Yuan per mu,which has the effect of energy saving and reduces 38.675 tons of CO2emission in the air,which is beneficial to the ecological environment.The assembled water storage thermal insulation solar greenhouse has great potential to be promoted in the cold areas in the north. |
