| Porcine circovirus disease(PCVD)is caused by Porcine circovirus type 2(Porcine circovirus type 2)2,PCV2),including piglets weaning multi-system failure syndrome(PMWS),porcine dermatitis and nephrotic syndrome(PDNS),proliferative necrotizing pneumonia(PNP),porcine respiratory disease syndrome(PRDC),etc.PCV2 can trigger immune suppression,induce mixed and secondary infection,cause respiratory diseases,reduce feed conversion rate,increase mortality,and bring serious economic losses to the pig industry.Vaccine immunization is the most important and effective measure to prevent and control PCVD at present.The purpose of this study was to evaluate the immune effect of PCV2 inactivated vaccine produced by a company in the original breeding pig farm and the difference of the immune effect of different combination immunization methods,to judge whether this vaccine can improve the immune level of pigs and the reproductive performance of pigs,and to provide reference for the formulation of the immunization program of PCV2 inactivated vaccine.The circovirus in the field was sequenced and the result was PCV-2D subtype.Establishment of the experimental group: 7 batches were randomly divided into 3 groups(A,B,C).Group A was used as the control.Group B was only immunized weaned piglets,each piglets was injected with 0.5 m L PCV2 inactivated vaccine,and sows were not immunized.Weaned piglets in group C were immunized with0.5ml PCV2 inactivated vaccine,and each sow was injected with 2ml PCV2 inactivated vaccine 3 weeks before delivery.Record Sow delivery data,piglets weaning data,piglet mortality rate after weaning,number of pigs sold,and average daily gain and profit were calculated.In order to further evaluate the clinical application effect of PCV2 inactivated vaccine immunization,antigen and antibody detection were performed on pigs before and after immunization,and the immune effect of PCV2 inactivated vaccine was comprehensively compared in combination with the weight change and death of pigs from delivery to weaning and from weaning to market.The results showed,The number of healthy piglets of sows at birth increased significantly,but there was no significant change in stillborn mummies.The number of weaning each litter increased.Weaning weight had no significant effect.There was no significant effect on average daily gain and no significant increase in economic benefit.After inoculation with PCV2 vaccine,the positive rate of PCV2 antibody increased significantly,the positive rate of PCV2 antibody decreased significantly,the positive rate of FMD antibody increased,but the positive rate of CSF antibody did not change significantly.Conclusion: The PCV2 inactivated vaccine has good safety and no adverse reaction after immunization of weaned pigs and pregnant sows.The inactivated vaccine can produce good immune protection after immunization,and the effect of experimental group C is the best.This immunization program is more reasonable. |
