| Particulate matter is an aggregate composed of a large number of discrete solid particles,which are widely present in human production and life,such as agricultural production,mineral screening,ice floes,sand and gravel soil,etc.Therefore,research on particulate matter has implications for practical engineering applications.Great significance.The discovery of the phenomenon of "Brazil fruit separation" has aroused widespread attention from scholars.The complex dynamic behavior in the separation of particulate matter has led to the lack of precise mechanism explanations in the academic world,and only a variety of mechanisms have been analyzed from different perspectives.It mainly includes void filling,convection,throwing,inertia,penetration,diffusion,etc.Therefore,the research on the dynamic behavior of particulate matter also has great academic value.The separation process of grains and impurities in agricultural production can be regarded as the separation of special-shaped particles.This study focuses on the working process of the round dustpan and intercepts a form of eccentric shimmy vibration that has never been explored in the horizontal plane,in order to explore the horizontal eccentric shimmy vibration The separation process of rice and stalk in the lower round dustpan and reveal its separation mechanism.First,establish a three-dimensional model of the round dustpan in Solidworks software,and then establish a rice and stalk particle model in EDEM software to carry out the separation process of rice and stalk Simulate and analyze the separation mechanism of the two kinds of particles,then compare the eccentric oscillating vibration with the existing centripetal oscillating particle separation method,discuss the effect of the eccentric oscillating vibration on the particle separation effect,and then affect the separation effect of rice and stalk Discuss the factors including the container vibration frequency(6Hz,8Hz,10Hz)and amplitude(30°,40°,50°),excitation method(vertical linear vibration,horizontal linear vibration and vertical circular vibration)and humidity Particles(water content 14.5%),summarize the influence of the above factors on the separation effect,and finally conduct a confirmatory experiment to verify the accuracy of the simulation results.The research results show that: the horizontal eccentric shimmy with a frequency of 6 Hz,an amplitude of 30°,and eccentricity of 2 mm realizes complete separation of rice and stalks.With the kinetic energy theorem,combined with theoretical mechanics and fluid mechanics,the eccentric shimmy can be completely separated.The mechanism of separation of rice and stalk in the lower round dustpan is explained.Discuss the factors that affect the separation effect of rice and stalk.It is found that the unique vortex and lateral migration phenomenon of eccentric oscillating vibration solves the problem of incomplete particle separation caused by low kinetic energy in the axial center of the eccentric oscillating vibration,and finally achieves the realization of rice and stalk.Complete separation,eccentricity does not affect the separation effect,only affects the separation configuration of the two.In the process of discussing the amplitude and frequency,it was found that within a certain parameter range,different amplitudes and frequencies can completely separate rice from Jingdan.In the process of discussing the vibration mode of the container,the rice and the stalk did not separate under the vertical linear vibration.It was found that there was a tendency to separate under the horizontal linear vibration but could not be completely separated.Under the vertical eccentric oscillating vibration,the two were separated but not beneficial.Separate configuration.In the process of discussing the water content of the particles,it was found that the degree of separation of the wet particles was slightly lower than that of the dry particles,and some upper stalk particles appeared to adhere and aggregate.The final confirmatory experiment proved the effectiveness of the discrete element method.Through the study of the separation behavior of rice and stalk in the round dustpan under horizontal eccentric oscillating vibration,the mechanism of particle separation is explained,and a certain contribution is made to perfect the basic theory of granular material dynamics.At the same time,a new type of vibration mode of eccentric shimmy is proposed.Particle vibration separation provides a new process and new design ideas for agricultural machinery and equipment. |
