With the unprecedented development of animal husbandry, there is a serious shortage of high-quality protein feeds.Shrubs and sub-shrubs are of great significance for expanding feed resources. The Kubuqi area is rich in shrub resources and has high protein content. The development of shrub and sub-shrub silage is not only It solves the problem of waste of shrub resources by flat stubble, and through reasonable flat stubble cutting,it can promote the growth of shrub plants, and the silage processing after cutting can expand the source of feed raw materials. In this thesis, four kinds of Kubuqi sandy shrubs, namely Salix psammophila,Caragana korshinskii,Hedysarum scoparium, and Hippophae rhamnoides were used as silage materials,by adding 1‰lactic acid bacteria,1‰cellulase,3%DM molasses,0.5‰special compound enzyme for silage,30%water and these additives mixed and added, after 60 days of silage, the effects of different silage additives on shrub silage quality were studied, and the silage nutrients and fermentation quality were analyzed to find the most suitable silage additives for different shrubs. The results of the study showed that:(1)In Salix psammophila silage, adding C(1‰lactic acid bacteria and 1‰cellulase)treatment can better promote Salix psammophila silage fermentation, effectively improve silage quality and is significantly higher than other treatment groups.Compared with the control group(CK),p H Significantly decreased to 4.04(P<0.05),increased lactic acid content by 3 mg·g-1,acetic acid content by 1.08 mg·g-1,significantly increased crude protein content by 16.2%(P<0.05),and decreased ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen content 85.6%(P<0.05);(2)In Caragana korshinskii silage, compared with each treatment group, the addition of M(1‰cellulase and 3%DM molasses)could make the fermentation quality of Caragana korshinskii better.Compared with the control group(CK),the p H value decreased to 3.71(P<0.05),lactic acid content increased by 91.54 mg·g-1(P<0.05),acetic acid content increased by 1.51 mg·g-1,ammonia nitrogen/The total nitrogen content decreased by 13.79%,effectively reducing the content of neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber and lignin;(3)In Hedysarum scoparium silage, compared with the control group(CK),after adding C(1‰lactic acid bacteria and 1‰cellulase),the p H value dropped to 4.17(P<0.05),and the content of lactic acid and acetic acid increased by 4.86%.At the same time, the ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen content was significantly reduced by48.49%(P<0.05),the content of neutral detergent fiber, acid detergent fiber(P<0.05)and lignin content(P<0.05);(4)In Hippophae rhamnoides silage, the addition of D(1‰lactic acid bacteria and 3%DM molasses)treatment can better promote the fermentation of Hippophae rhamnoides silage, effectively improve the quality of the silage and significantly higher than other treatment groups.Compared with the control group(CK),the p H value decreased to 3.63(P<0.05),the content of ammonia nitrogen/total nitrogen decreased significantly(P<0.05),the content of lactic acid increased by 87.28 mg·g-1(P<0.05),and the content of acetic acid was increased by 36.09 mg·g-1(P<0.05).),significantly increased crude protein content by 12.8%,decreased neutral detergent fiber content(P<0.05),acid detergent fiber(P<0.05)and lignin content.
