Anoplophora chinensis is a native forest borer pest in China.It is widely distributed in various provinces and cities in our country,Outbreaks were subsequently found in Japan,North Korea,Myanmar and other countries.It is listed as an important international quarantine target and has invaded some European and American countries in recent years.At present,there is no effective prevention and control measure that can completely control the outbreak in our country.The investigation of insect population density in Ningbo Marine protection forest showed that the damage of Salix ohsidare was more serious,and the insects-infested S.ohsidare was eaten more seriously by A.chinensis.In this paper,behavior observation method was used to study the hazard habit and behavior characteristics of Anoplophora.The purpose of this study was to study the harmful habit and behavioral characteristics of A.chinensis.The volatiles of Salix ohsidare in different physiological states were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS);the antenna potential meter(EAG)and Y-type olfactometer were used to find the key to attracting A.chinensis;combined with the large cage selectivity test and the field trapping test to verify the attracting effect of the compound.Finally,through indoor behavioral tests and forest trapping methods,the tropism of A.chinensis to blue and violet light in different bands was studied,and the bands with significant attracting effects on A.chinensis were screened out.The result is as follows:1.Research on the behavioral characteristics of A.chinensis.The alpiniae mainly feeds on the upper part of the trunk of the host plant,the feeding area of the upper part of the trunk is 3 140.0 mm~2,accounting for 96.6%of the whole host plant,followed by the base of the trunk,the feeding area is102.2 mm~2,3.1%of the entire host plant feeding area,then the feeding area of the upper branch is 10.0mm~2,accounting for 0.3%of the feeding area of the entire host plant,and the feeding area of the lower branch is 0.There were 34 battles between the two species of Anoplophora,of which A.chinensis won30 times,showing stronger competitiveness.2.Electrophysiological and hehavioral responses of A.chinensis to the volatiles from Salix ohsidare.According to the analysis of GC-MS,the main volatiles of the healthy S.ohsidare areα-Pinene,3-Carene and Camphor,and the volatiles of the insects-infested S.ohsidare includeα-Pinene,β-Pinene,3-Carene,β-Ocimene and Camphor;β-Pinene andβ-Ocimene were found in the insects-infested S.ohsidare,while these two compounds were not detected in the healthy S.ohsidare.In addition,Camphor in the insect-infested S.ohsidare was significantly higher than that in the healthy S.ohsidare,the content of 3-Carene in the volatiles of the two hosts was not significantly different,while Theα-Pinene in the healthy S.ohsidare was significantly higher than that in the insect-infested S.ohsidare.The EAG test showed that A.chinensis had the highest EAG response values toα-Pinene,3-Carene andβ-Ocimene,and the EAG response increased with the increase of volatile concentration,The EAG response values of A.chinensis toβ-Pinene and Camphor were not significant,and the concentration changes had no significant changes in EAG response values.The Y type olfactometer testshowed thatα-Pinene,3-Carene andβ-Ocimene all showed significant attractant effect on the males andβ-Ocimene on females at the concentration of 1 mg/m L.At the concentration of 10 mg/m L,3-Carene showed significant attraction to the male.The large cage behavior test proved that the the insect-infested formula D(α-Pinene+3-Carene+β-Ocimene),α-Pinene andβ-Ocimene showed the best attractant effect,which was significantly higher than the healthy formula H(α-Pinene+3-Carene)and3-Carene.Field trapping test show thatα-Pinene and the insect-infested formula D(α-Pinene+3-Carene+β-Ocimene)was the best,significantly higher than that ofβ-Ocimene and the healthy formula H(α-Pinene+3-Carene),while 3-Carene did not trap A.chinensis.3.Phototaxis test.The results of indoor and field trapping test showed that in the 365 nm-420 nm wavelength range,A.chinensis showed a clear tendency towards the 385 nm-390 nm wavelength range,followed by 380 nm-385 nm,and the other wavelength bands showed no difference.The results of indoor and forest trapping experiments show that Among the five kinds of ultraviolet light at 365nm-370 nm,370 nm-375 nm,380 nm-385 nm,385 nm-390 nm and 395 nm-400 nm and four blue light bands 400 nm-405 nm,405 nm-410 nm,410 nm-415 nm and 415 nm-420 nm,A.chinensis showed obvious tendency to the ultraviolet wavelength range of 385 nm-390 nm,followed by 380 nm-385 nm,and other bands showed no difference.
