| Wheat is an important food crop in China.Its planting area and total output rank third among all food crops.Therefore,the stable yield of wheat is of great significance to food security.The breeding of high quality,high yield,and high resistance wheat is imperative.To explore herbicide-resistant gene resources in wheat,chromosome arm substitution lines(CASL)of Triticum dicoccoides in the genetic background of common wheat cultivars Bethlehem(BLH)were used for agronomic traits and yield investigation.The results showed that there were significant differences in the sensitivity of 24 chromosome arm substitution lines to mesosulfuron-methyl,clodinafop-propargyl,and florasulam fluroxypyr.4AL,7AL,5BL,and 7BL were sensitive to mesosulfuron-methyl.6AL,7AS,5BS,and 3AL had strong resistance to mesosulfuron-methyl.3AS,1BL,and 1AS were sensitive to clodinafop-propargyl.6BL and 4BL had strong resistance to clodinafop-propargyl,which was stronger than control materias.2BS,7BS,1AL,2BL and 5AS were sensitive to clodinafop-propargyl.3BL had strong resistance to clodinafop-propargyl,which was stronger than the control BLH,followed by 4BL.Although the resistance of 4BL was not as good as BLH,it was stronger than Yangmai 18,Yangmai 19,and Yangmai 23.It can be inferred that the genes related to the resistance to the three herbicides are located on different chromosome arms,and the genes are inherited independently,and the degree of linkage is not high.In the field experiment,the effects of blank control(A1),recommended concentrations(A2),and1.5 times the recommended concentration(A3)on the growth characteristics,yield,and quality of 24 chromosome arm substitution lines.After herbicide application,7AS,6BL,6AL were better than Yangmai18 in leaf color,plant height inhibition,and recovery time.On the contrary,1AL,3AS,2BS,7BS,and Yangmai19 are sensitive to herbicides.In terms of yield,the use of herbicides within the recommended range can promote an increase of36%,but the yield will be reduced if the herbicide concentration reaches 1.5 times the recommended concentration.Compared with A2 and A1,the yield of A3 decreased by 30% and5%.Compared with the blank control A2,the yields of 2BL,1BL and 7BS had the most serious production reduction after applied 1.5 times of herbicide,with a decrease of 51%,50%,and 48% respectively.4BLcut production the least,and the yield dicreases were 5%.In terms of quality,the study showed that the effect of herbicides had a significant effect on the starch content and amylopectin content in wheat grains.The starch and amylopectin content of A3 is less than A2.However,there was no significant difference in protein and wet gluten content among the three experimental groups.2BL,2BS,and 3AL were higher than those of other materials,and the 3AS,5BS,and 6AL were the lowest.The protein contents of Yangmai 19 and 5BS were the highest,and the contents of 2BL,3AL,and 1BL were the lowest.Based on the results of field experiments and the sensitivity of herbicides,Yangmai 18,Yangmai23 and parental BLH had better resistance cultivars,4BL and 7AS were better in all of 24 chromosome arm substitution lines,but 7BS and 4AL were worst. |
