Effects Of Special Mg Fertilizer And Synergist(ZNC) On The Yield,Quality And Nutrient Utilization Of Pomelo And Radish

The deficiencies of trace elements in the soil of pomelo orchards and vegetable orchards in southern China leads to the decline of crop yield and quality.To resolve these problems,this study was conducted to investigate the effects of applying special Mg fertilizer,fertilizer synergist(ZNC)and their combination on fruit yield,quality and nutrient utilization in Guanxi pomelo,Shatian pomelo and radish.The main results are as follows:(1)Special magnesium(Mg)fertilizer and synergist(ZNC)increased the yield of pomelo and radish,and the effects are better when they are applied together.Special Mg fertilizer I(M1),special Mg fertilizer II(M2),ZNC(XZ1)and ZNC(XZ2)significantly increased the fruit yield of Shatian pomelo,of which M2 had the highest increased rate of37.71% in yield.Special Mg fertilizer II combined with pouring ZNC(MZ1)and spraying ZNC(MZ2)has better effects on fruit yield than those in single application of Mg fertilizer or ZNC,moreover,the effect of MZ1 on fruit yield higher than that of MZ2.Special Mg fertilizer II combined with pouring and spraying of ZNC(M2C1,M2C2,M2C3)significantly increased the yield of radish by 64.71%～96.08%.(2)Special Mg fertilizer and ZNC improved the quality of pomelo and radish.The concentrations of total soluble solids and the ratios of soluble solid and titratable acid were increased by special Mg fertilizer,ZNC and their combined application in Shatian pomelo,Guanxi pomelo and radish,and the combined application of special Mg fertilizer II and ZNC had significant effects.The cluster analysis showed that the fruit quality of Shatian pomelo in XZ2 treatment was optimal,the fruit quality of Guanxi pomelo in MZ1 treatment was optimal,and the radish quality in M2C2 treatment was optimal.(3)Special Mg fertilizer and ZNC improved the nutrient utilization of pomelo and radish.The carrying capacities of Ca,Mg,B in pomelo peel and pulp were significantly increased by M2 applications with the increased rates of 35.94%～103.14%,18.83%～28.96%and 27.01%～45.41%,respectively.The carrying capacities of Ca in pomelo peel,Ca and Mg in pulp were significantly increased by ZNC applications with the increased rates of45.82%,55.50%～85.14% and 20.06%,respectively.The carrying capacities of Ca in pomelo peel,Ca,Mg and B in pomelo pulp were significantly increased by MZ1 And MZ2 applicaion with the increased rates of 65.72%～79.15%,29.70%～120.28%,24.37%～31.08%and 23.89%～31.35%,respectively.The carrying capacities of Ca and Mg in radish peel were significantly increased 38.37% and 115.17% by M1 applications,and Mg and Mo were increased 30.68%,36.25% by M2 applications.The carrying capacities Ca and Mg in radish peel and fruit were significantly increased 38.77%～53.84%,89.77%～91.66%,15.92%～30.65% and 29.10% by special Mg fertilizer II combined with ZNC,respectively.In summary,special Mg fertilizer combined ZNC can improved the yield and quality of pomelo fruit and radish,and improved the nutritional status in pomelo and radish.The recommended method is special Mg fertilizer II combined with pouring ZNC.
