| Our country is a big country in the pig industry.Although it currently has the world’s largest pork production and consumption market,the level of the entire pig industry is relatively backward.The management of the pig herd is still dominated by traditional manual management methods.There is a high cost of pig raising and production efficiency.Low and other shortcomings,resulting in reduced pig production and pork quality.Following the rapid development of computer technology in the 21 st century,the Internet of Things technology emerged on the basis of computer technology.The application of emerging Internet of Things technology to the feeding of pregnant sows can not only realize the intelligent control of pregnant sows,but also It can also manage pig farms scientifically and efficiently,so that the output of pigs can be increased and the quality of pork can be enhanced.In this paper,using the Internet of Things technology,based on the small group of pregnant sows electronic feeding station researched and designed by the research group,with the goal of scientific and intelligent feeding of pregnant sows,the pregnant sow feeding information system is designed and developed.The software system can remotely control the electronic feeding station of sows,identify individual sows,record sows’ feeding information,and control sows’ feed intake based on information such as backfat thickness to achieve scientific and precise feeding of pregnant sows.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Realization of server-side system functions.This article analyzes the functional requirements during the feeding process of pregnant sows,and uses the python language-based django framework according to the needs to realize user login and registration,remote management of feeding stations,entry and exit of pregnant sows,and sow collection.Feeding information recording,feeding settings and other functions,and use the UDP with the added confirmation mechanism and retransmission mechanism to communicate with the sow electronic feeding station to realize the intelligent feeding of pregnant sows.(2)The construction of the front-end interface.Carry out overall analysis and design of the software,use Web Storm software,write PC-side web pages and mobile-side We Chat applets based on the Java Script language Vue.js framework,request data from the server through the https protocol,and display it on the system interface.After the software development is completed,the software is packaged and deployed on the Alibaba Cloud server.(3)Testing and experimentation of the feeding information system for pregnant sows.First,test the function and performance of the system in the laboratory,and then conduct a simulated pregnant sow feeding test in a real pig farm environment to verify the reliability and stability of the software.The actual use effect of the pregnant sow feeding information system is good.The system realizes the functions of remote management of the feeding station,sow identification,recording of feeding information,and feeding setting.The software system is designed reasonably,with stable performance and smooth operation.The use of intelligent information systems in large-scale pig farms has certain research significance and application value for reducing the feeding cost of pregnant sows and improving the efficiency of pig farms. |
