| The orderly development of modern agriculture is the basic condition for China to achieve the goal of building a moderately prosperous society.The University of Agricultural Sciences is the cradle for cultivating agricultural scientific and technological talents,and the talents cultivated have played an irreplaceable role in helping the development of modern agriculture,and have long-term development significance for China’s agricultural development plan.However,subject to a variety of influencing factors,including employment services,employment environment,industrial development,education and policies,students majoring in agriculture and forestry colleges and universities generally flow to other non-agriculture-related industries after graduation,or there is a phenomenon that farmers are not involved in agriculture.The existence of these factors affects the employment quality of agricultural science students and delays the development of modern agriculture.The paper is divided into five parts: First,it mainly expounds the content,method,background and significance of this research,and analyzes the innovation points of this research.And through the collection,sorting out,research literature,clear "three-way interaction theory",agricultural college students involved in employment significance,agricultural college students involved in employment status,agricultural college students involved in employment and other related concepts,the research results of relevant variables were analyzed.On this basis,a research framework is established to explore the shortcomings of this study and the innovation of the paper.Secondly,the influencing mechanism and relationship of agricultural college students’ employment intention are explored.Through literature and theoretical analysis,starting from employment theory,career motivation theory and ternary interaction theory,hypothesis conditions are proposed for this study,and a questionnaire survey including 27 measurement items is designed to understand the situation of agricultural college students,and on this basis,the factors affecting agricultural college students’ employment intention are explored.Thirdly,the systematic summary and analysis of sample data,the survey issued 842 questionnaires,the respondents covered 32 provinces in China,707 were recovered,and the validity and reliability of the scale were tested.The structural equation model of agricultural college students’ willingness to work in agriculture was established.AMOS was used to test the structural model,and the interaction among individual,environment and behavior of agricultural college students was verified.Then,based on the empirical results obtained from the above parts,the research conclusion is drawn.On this basis,countermeasures and suggestions are put forward for agricultural college students’ employment intentions.Finally,the paper reviews and prospects the whole paper. |
