| Forest fires often have the basic characteristics of rapid spread, difficult control, many uncertain factors and great damage. But at the same time, the emergency management mechanism for forest fires is also a concentrated expression of the local government’s public management level. In the process of emergency management, the coordination and execution capabilities of local governments have not only been concentrated, but the quality of personnel and management mechanisms have also been tested accordingly. On this basis, exploring the level of forest fire emergency management mechanism is actually a reflection on the level of government public management.starting from the natural disaster of forest fires and taking the "3.25" fire in Lantian County as a case. The author hopes that through this research, the problems and causes of local government emergency management mechanisms will be explored in depth, and targeted development strategies will be put forward to further improve the damage and impact caused by sudden public events by improving the effectiveness of emergency management mechanisms. In this study, the method of literature analysis and case analysis is used to first explain the background and significance of the study.Based on the summary of the current research status at home and abroad, the core concepts and theoretical content of this study are clarified..Secondly,this article takes the "3.25" fire in Lantian County as a case to analyze and investigate accordingly,so as to explore the existing problems of emergency management mechanism in coordination, implementation and post-disaster disposal, and propose developmental strategies. After research, this article believes that the Lantian County Government and the Emergency Management Bureau have three aspects of emergency management mechanism in the face of natural disasters, such as the long-term coordination of its efficiency, insufficient implementation, and poor post-disaster disposal.problem.The key reasons for these problems are,on the one hand, the unclear establishment of the unified leadership and command system and the unclear division of powers and responsibilities,on the other hand, the participants do not have an effective interest-driven and work-oriented degree, and they exist during the post-disaster reconstruction process.Sufficient attention and institutional guidance. To improve these problems,on the one hand,it is necessary to clarify leadership and command powers and responsibilities,on the other hand,it is necessary to strengthen prevention and publicity, actively expand professional teams, and adopt new technologies and systems in line with social development to participate in emergency management. |
