| Chimonanthus praecox is a unique winter fragrant plant in China.It has a long history of cultivation and rich colors.There are more than 100 kinds of existing varieties.It is a very popular ornamental plant in the garden.There is a complete identification system of C.praecox in Henan and Jiangsu,but there is not a lot of research on C.praecox in Hunan.Therefore,based on Chang Zhu Tan area,we should promote the establishment of C.praecox cultivars system and the study of its aromatic components.(1)To investigate and classify the resources of C.praecox cultivars in Changsha,Zhuzhou and Xiangtan of Hunan Province,and record the characteristics of 51 varieties in detail.(2)According to the characteristic difference of the characters of C.praecox cultivars,the C.praecox cultivars in Changzhutan area are divided into three groups:C.praecox Concolor Group,C.praecox Intermedius Group,C.praecox Patens Group.There are 11 varieties of C.praecox Concolor Group,17 varieties of C.praecox Intermedius Group,and 23 cultivars of C.praecox Patens Group.(3)According to the PY-GC-MS to ‘Huanglongtan’,‘Jinsi Huanglei’,‘Jiemao’,‘Changbei Sunxin’,‘Danbingyu’ five C.praecox cultivars and ‘Huanglongtan’,‘Jinsi Huanglei’ three flowering of aromatic component analysis showed that the C.praecox cultivars of main ingredients by acids,alcohols,terpenes,aldehyde,ketone,esters,phenols and heterocyclic compounds and so on,including furfuryl alcohol,benzene,methanol,acetic acid,palmitic acid such as alcohols and acids are important component.(4)Among them,‘Huanglongtan’ has a strong odor,which may be related to the fact that it contains up to 22.33% pinconial and ammonium carbamate.‘Jiemao’ and‘Danbingyu’ have a certain odor,which may be related to the fact that they contain cubeb oil,terpene,etc.The ‘Changbei Sunxin’ of Intermedius Group has a strong smell,which may be related to the comprehensive effect of substances containing alcohols,ketones and specific components such as furanone and linalool.The sweet fragrance of ‘Jinsi Huanglei’ may be related to its 11.10% benzyl alcohol content.It was found that the change trend of acids and ammonium salts in ‘Huanglongtan’ and‘Jinsi Huanglei’ was the same.The acids first increased and then decreased,while the ammonium salts only existed in the early flowering stage.Ammonium carbamate and terpinaldehyde are the main reasons for the strong odor of ‘Huanglongtan’,and benzyl alcohol is the source of the fragrance of ‘Jinsi Huanglei’.The results showed that the chemical components of the five cultivars were mainly composed of acids,alcohols,terpenes,aldehydes,ketones,esters and phenols,among which furfuryl alcohol,benzyl alcohol,acetic acid and hexadecanoic acid were the important components.Red heart varieties ‘Huanglongtan’,‘Jiemao’ and ‘Danbingyu’ have different concentrations of odor,‘Huanglongtan’ strong odor by the relative content of up to 22.33% of Coniferyl aldehyde,‘Jiemao’ and ‘Danbingyu’ odor mainly from eucalyptus alcohol,cubeb oil terpene;The strong fragrance of the Joe variety‘Changbei Suxin’ comes from the comprehensive action of alcohols,ketones and special components such as furanone and linalool.The sweet fragrance of Concolor Group ‘Jinsi Huanglei’ is dominated by the relative content of 11.10% benzyl alcohol.The difference between sweet and smelly varieties of wintersweet may be related to amines.Through the analysis of the three flowering stages,it is found that the change trend of acid substances and ammonium salts in ‘Huanglongtan’ and ‘Jinsi Huanglei’is consistent.Acid substances rise first and then fall,while ammonium salts only exist in the initial flowering stage.(5)Different kinds of C.praecox have unique advantages in landscape,medicine and chemical industry.In future application of C.praecox,the most suitable cultivars can be selected according to the differences between cultivars. |
