Analysis Of Kiwifruit Production Cost In Y Fruit Company And The Influence Of Three Flower And Fruit Management Techniques On Fruit Quality

In recent years,kiwifruit industry in Hunan Province has developed rapidly.Kiwifruit industry is favored by fruit farmers because of its good market prospects and high planting efficiency.Kiwifruit industry has quickly become one of the emerging and efficient major industries for poverty alleviation and economic development in mountainous areas in Hunan Province,especially in Hunan Province western region.However,there is little literature research on the production cost of kiwifruit in the relevant literature,which may cause the planting enterprises to have cognitive limitations on the production factors and use defects,and lead them to make wrong decisions in the actual production activities,which makes kiwifruit production in a state of cost waste,and even the phenomenon of increasing production without increasing income.Therefore,this paper takes Y Fruit Company,which produces kiwifruit in Hunan,as the research object,and analyzes the composition of production cost by investigating the production cost of kiwifruit in Y Company,so as to provide production decision-making basis for enterprises.At the same time,the pollination,bagging and growth agent tests of kiwifruit management technology were carried out.According to the test results and relevant data analysis,how to minimize the cost under the condition of high quality and high yield of kiwifruit was discussed.The research results are as follows: 1.analysis of kiwifruit production cost in y fruit industry company Among the production costs of kiwifruit in Y Company,the production cost of Hongyang kiwifruit is the highest,reaching 4798.9 yuan/mu,followed by ‘Jinyan’ kiwifruit with a production cost of 4333.87 yuan/mu;The production cost of ‘Cuiyu’ kiwifruit is 4441.03 yuan/mu.In kiwifruit production cost,direct material cost and direct labor cost account for a large proportion,and these two production factors account for more than 75% of the total cost.The input of these two production factors plays a decisive role in kiwifruit production cost.In the direct material cost,the fertilizer cost is large,reaching 1288.25 yuan/mu;Among the direct labor costs,the employment cost of temporary workers is higher than that of formal management employees.2.that effect of three flower and fruit management technique on fruit quality and cost The effects of different pollination methods,different types of fruit bags and different growth regulators on the fruit quality of kiwifruit were tested.The results showed that:(1)The fruit setting rate of ‘Jinyan’ kiwifruit could reach more than 80% by three artificial pollination methods,which was significantly higher than that by natural pollination;Among them,the lowest production cost per mu is295 yuan.(2)Four kinds of fruit bagging can effectively improve the weight and appearance quality of ‘Jinyan’ and ‘Hongyang’ kiwifruit,and the single fruit weight of yellow-brown single-layer fruit bagging is 1.13 times that of control treatment.The ratio of solid to acid reached 10.97.Red-brown fruit bags performed best in‘ Hongyang’ kiwifruit,the weight of single fruit was 1.21 times that of control treatment,and the ratio of solid to acid reached 19.94.(3)soaking fruit with CPPU solution and spraying bioactive peptide solution can significantly increase the weight of kiwifruit.The fruit sprayed with bioactive peptide solution has low deformity rate and the best intrinsic quality.The solid-acid ratio and VC content in ‘ Jinyan’kiwifruit reach 11.09 and 112.67mg/100 g,respectively,and in ‘Hongyang’ kiwifruit reach 21.79 and 91.14 mg/100 g;Both of them are higher than those treated with CPPU,and their storage properties are also better than those treated with CPPU.However,in terms of production cost,the production cost of soaking fruits with CPPU per mu is 36 yuan/mu,and the spraying of bioactive peptide solution of bioactive peptide reaches the 120 yuan per mu.On the whole,soaking fruit with CCPU solution is suitable for kiwifruit orchards that pay attention to yield or processing,and spraying bioactive peptide solution with Juhu solution is suitable for kiwifruit orchards that pay attention to fruit quality and build high-end routes for high-quality fruits.
